„My daughter love Hartwell and minimalism so we had her wedding at the Botanical gardens. This was her mother and my house for the weekend and we entertained the whole wedding party (10 folks) easily for dinner for a couple of evenings. Very quiet. Very well supplied. „The property is in a quiet area, on the water and very close to a boat launch. Great for relaxing and entertaining. Relatively close to stores, resteraunts. Very comfortable. Only down side is only one of the three bedrooms has a closet. Would definitely stay again.“

„We had two families for a football game weekend and the house was truly delightful! Incredibly clean from top to bottom, new appliances, great bathrooms, plenty of sleeping spaces and so much room for everyone to eat and gather. „This was our second time at this beautiful getaway home. Outstanding architecture and peaceful surroundings. We did have some visitors at the falls as we were there during the July 4th week, but that would be expected on a a summer holiday. They were at the bottom of the falls and did not bother anyone. If you need to get away from it all, this is the place to do it!“

„Wish we could have stayed longer! We stayed here while visiting our daughter in Clemson. The home was meticulous and beautiful. It had everything we needed. Location was about a 25 minute drive to campus. We definitely would have enjoyed an extra couple of days using the lake and outside activities. Hosts were responsive and helpful. “
