Perfect for Families!

This ideal 3 bedroom condo in the heart of Canmore is a perfect place to start your mountain adventure. It is warm and comfortable and sleeps 10 people in three bedrooms. The master suite has a queen size bed with an en-suite and large closet space, the 2nd bedroom has a queen size bed along with a dresser and large closet. The 3rd bedroom is designed for kids, kids and more kids, but can sleep adults comfortably too! Two sets of bunk beds, one which is single, the other is double. This room also has a sitting area for kids to play, and a large walk in closet with 4 lockers. The second bathroom is convenient for both bedrooms 2 and 3.

The kitchen has been recently updated with new appliances, counter top and lighting, while the dinning area has an expandable table able to accommodate everyone. The kitchen island has 4 bar stools for extra bums :)
The living room has a full size couch, love seat and recliner, with a sliding door onto the patio with BBQ. The large windows look west towards Banff and the beautiful Bow Valley corridor.

Other amenities include in-suite laundry with a new washer and dryer, a large living room TV with cable and apple-TV (you are welcome to logon too).

Perfect for myself and three teens!
We stayed for 6 nights and this was the perfect place for myself and my three teens. Jane was very helpful and responsive to my questions. The beds were comfortable and the entire complex was clean. Love having covered parking and security codes as well.

Good. But could have been better.
The location with regard to proximity to downtown restaurants and shops as well as easy access to Banff and Yoho National Parks was great. The condo faces a shopping center parking lot. Because there is no air conditioning (which was fine) you needed to have the windows open. The street noise was very loud! Delivery trucks, landscaping eqiupment, etc. was all very noisy. Also, the condo wasn't very clean. I did communicate the issues to the owner. She did refund my cleaning fee. But, never offered to have someone come and redo it. We actually had to clean some of the messes ourselves. The living room lamp was missing a lampshade, one of the dining room chairs was broken, food crumbs on one of the end tables. This was very disappointing. For what we paid, I would have expected more.

Perfect condo for visiting Banff NP
The previous reviews are all very accurate. We greatly enjoyed the condo; lots of space and very convenient for exploring Banff National Park. We were lucky in the weather was cool so we did not need to use the fans, but there was a lot of noise from the parking lot (garbage trucks, power washing of buildings, conversations) that bothered the lighter sleepers in our group.

Loved it!
Great location, great apartment, clean and nicely kept. Just two concerns, It got hot over night and windows did not open, and the bunk beds were very noisy and shaky. Even a turn made it bed squeak and shake. But overall a great experience.. enjoy staying here with my family for 3 days 2 nights.

Perfect location for us--it's hard to find a place for 9 people! Super nice to be next to the Safeway, parking for two cars underneath, everything clean and in good working order. Right next door to Banff National Park.

Roomy and central
My outdoors group of eight women stayed for 6 nights. We found it clean and roomy and the kitchen was well equipped. The location was great as we could walk to the grocery store and downtown for dinner. The mountain views from the living room are great too.

Great stay!
We had such a great experience renting this property. Two families shared the rental, four adults and six kids and there were more than enough beds for all. The kids (age 3 - 12) loved the kids room and walk-in closet with big cubbies to store all their luggage. It was clean and spacious. Easily seated all of us for meals. This condo was conveniently located to the grocery store and only a few minute walk to Main Street. We would absolutely rent this condo again.

Perfect Jump Off Point for Banff and Lake Louise
We had a marvelous stay at this VRBO condo! Pros: •The underground parking made us feel safe. •Access to the underground parking, the elevator, and the condo's front door were super easy. •The location was perfect as it was just a few steps to the Safeway grocery store (last night dessert, anyone?) and the Canadian Tire (which was a total surprise inside!) •It was a short zip of a drive to get on to the Trans-Canadian Highway 1 and on to Banff and Lake Louise •The condo is split into 3 main areas. The kitchen + living room is the center area. The master suite was off to the left with a queen bed and bathroom. On the opposite side from the kitchen + living are 2 bedrooms with a second large bathroom. One of the bedrooms we called "The Bunkhouse", which had 2 bunkbeds, 2 day beds, and 2 single beds. You could easily sleep 6 kids in The Bunkhouse. The Bunkhouse also had a very large walk-in closet with the cutest 4 IKEA wardrobes inside. •Propane gas grill which we used. •All the cool things you need in the kitchen were there including a slow cooker. The owner even had some spices (e.g., oregano)! •At our request, the owner provided a cooler for our daytrips. The cooler was similar to a Igloo Playmate. This was greatly appreciated and many thanks to our host, Jane! •Jane was excellent and so responsive to our convos. •By mistake, we started the fireplace, which was great....and we quickly turned it off....it was summer, after all. •There were plenty of blankets, linens, and towels. •We used the stackable side-loader washer and dryer. That saved us tons of packing. •Although Canada is mostly civilized by using the metric system, the stove in this unit was Imperial (i.e., it uses Fahrenheit). •We did not turn on the TV or play any of the console video games. However, the Wi-Fi worked really well. I believe our host mentioned they recently upgraded the Wi-Fi. Cons •Our extended family loves to play board games. We found the lighting in the kitchen + living, especially over the dining table to be a little dark, especially at night. •The traffic in the parking lot which the condo overlooks can be a little noisy at times. After closing hours, it was wonderfully quiet. We heard the trains running at all hours but they go so fast that we hardly noticed it after day 1. In summary, everyone loved the condo. I highly recommend it!
