Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen die zimmer waren sauber das highlight waren definitiv der kamin und der grill. Das personal ist sehr hilfreich und freundlich. Nach banff dauert es gerade mal 15 minuten calgary 1 std. Entfernt.

Nettes, modernes Aparthotel. Gute Lage in Canmore!
Insgesamt ist es ein sehr nettes Apartment Hotel. In den Suites hat man alles was man braucht. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet und es gibt Waschmaschine und Trockner. Außerdem gibt es im Hotel zwei Whirlpools und einen Fitnessraum. Die Lage in Canmore ist gut. Von dort aus kann man zu Fuß in die Innenstadt spazieren oder zum Supermarkt. Canmore ist ca. 20 km von Banff entfernt, so dass man auch dort hin gut Tagesausflüge machen kann, ohne die horrenden Hotelpreise in Banff selber bezahlen zu müssen. Das W-Lan war schnell und auch der Service war seht gut. Das Preisleistungsverhältnis stimmt.

Schöner Aufenthalt in Canmore
Sehr schönes Hotel in Canmore ca. 20 Minuten mit dem Auto von Banff entfernt. Die Zimmer sind mit einer Vollständigen Küche ausgestattet und auf dem Balkon befindet sich ein Grill. Wenige Minuten vom Stadtzentrum entfernt. Parkplatz ist ebenfalls vorhanden.

Absoluter Erholungshammer
Das Hotel liegt etwas außerhalb von Canmore (ca. 15 Gehminuten ins Zentrum) - übrigens oat Canmore eine attraktive Alternative zum (mit PKW) nur 20 Min. entfernten Banff. Die Stadt ist schöner gestaltet und mit etwas jüngerer Baugeschichte :) es wirkt alles wie eine kleine moderne Märchenstadt. Unsere Suite war sehr geräumig, mit toller Küche, einem eigenen Gasgrill auf dem Balkon, gemütlicher Essbereich, tolle Sitzsofa mit Blick auf einen riesigen Flatscreen oder Kamin. Top gepflegtes Hotel, saubere Zimmer, zuvorkommendes Personal und vielen Benefits (Restaurant, DVD-Verleih, etc). So macht Urlaub Spass!

Super Hotel in Nähe zum Banff Nationalpark
Schneller Check-In, Mietwagen kann in der hoteleigenen Parkgarage kostenlos geparkt werden. Lift von der Garage fährt auch direkt in die Wohnetagen. Grosszügiges Zimmer mit Küche und tollem Badezimmer. Kamin im Zimmer vorhanden. Küche komplett ausgestattet. Vom Geschirrspüler inkl Reinigungstabs, Mikrowelle, Kühlschrank, Geschirr, Besteck, Salz/Pfeffer, Geschirrtuch bis hin zur Küchenrolle wirklich alles da. Das Badezimmer war geräumig mit toller Regendusche inklusive Handbrause (eigentlich nicht üblich im nordamerikanischen Raum). Sogar eine Perrsonenwaage war vorhanden. Kosmetikspiegel hat allerdings gefehlt. Sehr bequemes Bett mit vielen Kissen zur Auswahl. Kleiner Mini-Balkon mit Grill. Fliegengitter vorhanden. Man kann in einem Waschraum seine Wäsche selber waschen und trocknen. Allerdings sind die Waschmittelfächer sehr verdreckt und verschmiert.

Angenehmes Hotel etwas außerhalb von Canmore
Großzügiges Zimmer mit Gasgrill, Gaskamin, Microwelle, Kochgelegenheit, Kühlschrank. Die Lodge liegt etwas außerhalb von Canmore, etwa 20 Minuten fussläufig. Die Lodge selbst hat ein vietnamesisches Restaurant. In der näheren Umgebung befinden sich ansonsten keine Restaurants, auch das Hotel selber ist auf Selbstversorgung ausgelegt. Dafür stehen aber alle Möglichkeiten bereit Canmore ist ein nettes Städtchen mit zahlreichen Möglichkeiten. Eine echte Alternative zu Banff, das nur 20 km entfernt ist.

Ortsrand gelegen - Stadtmitte fußläufig erreichbar
Jegliches Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Zimmer einschl. Bad waren sauber und mit allem ausgestattet, was zum täglichen Leben benötigt wird. Alle Küchengeräte, insbesonder Kaffeemaschine, Herd und Kühlschrank waren sauber und voll funktionstüchtig bzw. in sehr guten technischen Zustand. Stadtmitte ist auch zu Fuß sehr gut und schnell erreichbar.

Two awesome nights! It is neat, quiet, clean, great design. Private garden on the back side with a proper BBQ station. Garage parking, 20min walking to the village. We enjoyed the hot/tub and the (gas) fire place.

guter Ausgangspunkt zu Kanadas Nationalpark Banff
Der Ort Canmore ist nahe an Banff und hat alle Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, die man benötigt. Das Hotel mit voll ausgestatter Küche und Grill inklusive Waschmaschine und Trockner ideal um hier sportliche Aktivitäten in der tollen Landschaft auszuführen. Auch wenn die dunkle Möbelausstattung nicht mehr das Modernste ist, alles ist sehr sauber und funktionstüchtig. Der Service ist sehr gut und bei Anfragen ist das Personal freundlich und zuvorkommend.

Luxus in der Nähe des Banff Nationalparks
Das Hotel liegt nur 15 Autominuten von Banff entfernt und ist somit ein idealer Stützpunkt für Ausflüge nach Banff, Lake Louise und in den Park. Wir hatten eine Suite mit Wohn- und sep. Schlafzimmer und offener Küche, alles sehr schön eingerichtet, sogar ein amerikanischer Grill auf dem Balkon. In dem riesigen Bad ist eine Waschmaschine und ein Trockner in einen Schrank eingebaut. Nicht zu vergessen, der offene Gaskamin im Wohnzimmer. Die grosszügige, kostenlose Tiefgarage ist direkt mit den Etagen verbunden. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das schönste Hotel unserer Reise, sowohl für den Sommer- als auch Winterurlaub eine Topadresse.

Zu empfehlen!
Die nachfolgende Bewertung basiert auf einer Rundreise durch den Westen von Kanada, bei der wir 18 Nächte in 10 Hotels verbrachten. Die Hotels lassen sich daher untereinander vergleichen, was aufschlussreicher sein dürfte als Vergleiche mit dt. Maßstäben. Die Beschreibung der Falcon Crest Lodge in Hotels.com war ausnahmsweise mal untertrieben: Zugesagt waren zwei Doppelbetten in einem Deluxe Zimmer, vorgefunden haben wir ein kleines Apartment mit gut funktionierender Klimaanlage sowie einem Balkon mit Gasgrill. Außerdem konnte man kostenlos in der Tiefgarage parken. Als Wermutstropfen gab's dafür nur ein Queen-Bett. Verschmerzbar! Die Nähe zum Trans-Canada Highway war trotz Ausrichtung zur Straße zu ertragen, dafür wurde man mit einem herrlichen Bergpanorama entschädigt. Insgesamt ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt in einer Anlage, die fraglos zu den Top 3 während unserer Reise gehörte.

My husband and I stayed at Falcon Crest for our honeymoon and had a wonderful experience! The 1 bedroom style room we stayed in felt like home during our stay. We stayed in the one bedroom suite and it was perfect for our short stay, full size kitchen was nice. It was a lovely 20 minute walk to downtown along the boardwalk and the weather was perfect. We enjoyed the hot tub with the mountain views.

This place is fantastic. Great location with underground parking that has a complimentary wash bay in the garage to tidy up your car. The staff was friendly and very accommodating. The room was very clean and much nicer than we expected. The washer and dryer was nice to have. The view from our room was beautiful, and having the deck with a barbecue was nice, though we didn't use the barbecue and opted to try the local restaurants. The rates were very resonable for the service and accommodations we recieved. I highly recommend this hotel. You won't be disappointed

This was our first time staying at Falcon Crest and I was pleasantly surprised. We received a complimentary upgrade at check in, which was appreciated. The room was clean and well kept, the bed was comfortable, and it was quiet throughout the night. It was in walking distance to where we wanted to grab some food and drinks (Bridgette Bar and Tank310). I’d stay here again for sure!

Bed was cozy. Room was clean. The main issue was that the room was brutally hot. We tried numerous times to turn the A/C on and it didn’t work. Hot air was coming from the fireplace even though it was turned off. We ended up having to turn the pilot light off. After everything, the fan was still not going and the room wouldn’t cool any lower than 22 degrees. I called the desk hoping to get some help or a different room. Was told he was getting calls from all the floors about the same thing and that we will just have to open the window and use the fan that is in the closet. We slept with the sliding door wide open & had to put the fan together ourselves. It wasn’t the end of the world, however with the amount we paid to stay here, we expected better.

Great place with renovated rooms and a bbq on each balcony. The only inconvenience is that there is no area to park while you check in and that the underground parking lot was crowded due to a portion being closed for renovation supplies.
