• Quiet residential setting: The villa is located in a calm, local neighborhood. To respect the community and ensure a restful stay, quiet hours apply after 10:00 PM.
• Private villa stay: Your booking is for an entire, self-catering villa. Breakfast is not included, but the kitchen is fully equipped, and some of Bali’s best cafés are just minutes away.
• Guest capacity: The villa is designed for a maximum of 4 registered guests. Extra beds or additional overnight guests are not available.
• Housekeeping & maintenance: Professional housekeeping and essential maintenance are included to keep the villa clean, safe, and well maintained. These are routine and coordinated to minimize disruption.
• Smoking policy: Smoking is not permitted indoors, including the bedrooms. Smoking is allowed in designated outdoor areas only.
• Parking: On-site parking is available directly at the villa, suitable for a small car or multiple scooters.
