Der Strand ist vom Hotel zu Fuß erreichbar ca. 500 m. Das Hotel liegt ruhig in einer Seitenstraße. Das Hotel hat einen schönen kleinen Pool mit Poolbar.

Schönes Hotel
Check in schnell und freundlich. Die Zimmer grosszügig, sauber und grosse Betten. Die Zimmer sind grundsätzlich sehr ruhig; wichtig ist aber, dass man nicht oberhalb der Rezeption logiert. Sonst ist es mit dem Schlafen 3-4 mal in der Woche nichts, da sich die Diskothek im 1. Stock befindet. Also: Zimmer im Nebengebäude verlangen. Im Restaurant wird echt gutes Essen serviert; allerdings im Verhältnis zu den Strandbeizen etwas teuer. Hier gibt's auch das üppige Frühstücksbuffet, das keine Wünsche offen lässt.

Very old and filthy hotel staff don’t care about their customers. There were lots of mosquitos and flys even bed dugs. I would not recommend any person to stay here. we had to fight with staff to get the room cleaned. we stayed by the housekeeper while they were clean to show them where to clean. Worst experience ever so i would say chain hotels are better.

There is no bed bug issue in our rooms and entire hotel. If any issues with the housekeeping cleaning that can be sought out at same time as we have 24/7 housekeeping available in the hotel. Unfortunately, the pictures of this hotel are very misleading. What you see is definitely not what you get. The rooms are poorly maintained and very dated. The bathrooms are pretty gross. We booked this hotel at a very busy time in Goa and prices were high, so availability was very low everywhere. While it's true that the booking was stated as non-refundable, they did not have a single room to upgrade us to. We were very unhappy with the cleanliness of the place, as well as the service. The breakfast buffet was completely unhygienic with unmasked people even using their bare hands to grab food at times! They should have released us from the booking. It would have been the decent thing to do. Don’t stay here unless you have no other options.

The staff were nice from the F&B. Breakfast and dinner was great. Negative: 6 nights with families. Same corridor. Children’s, parent’s shouting all the time. Even during the night. Many hotels the families has different floors, corridors. It wasn’t busy at the hotel so I do not understand why not put the couples into a floor and they can enjoy the quiet , not busy evenings. Never return back.

My room is a bit outdated there was a problem with the shower and a few other minor issues. About halfway into my stay the management move me to another room which was a better room with updated appliances and a better view. I appreciated that and they became very accommodating.

Great Stay near Candolim beach.
We had an awesome time staying at this hotel - it is a 10 minute walk from the Candolim beach and 5 minutes away from the market. The service, cleanliness and overall service of the staff was awesome. The only downside is that the hotel itself is not situated on the main road but inside an alley from the main road - which doesn't feel very secure after dark as it is a lone stretch of road till you hit the main road

Room seemed overpriced for quality offrered and type of rooms. The room flooring was and decor was not worth it. Bathroom toiletreies were substandard. shower cubicle was tiny. Dear Manish, Thank you for your review. Fortune Acron Regina is a Goan-Portuguese inspired boutique hotel and the look and feel is based on this concept. Thank you for appreciating the decent hotel location and good breakfast. We follow a cyclic breakfast buffet menu to avoid repetition of some non-standard items. One of these is the flavoured milkshake. On some days we have cold coffee on the buffet; on the other days the same can be ordered ''a la carte'', as it has to be made specially. As far as the other facilities are concerned, the majority of our guests are very happy with what we provide at this price point and they have expressed the same on this and other forums. Would be keen to know with which other hotel you may be comparing us, at the same price point. We wish you all the best in your professional and personal ventures. Pool area very nice lots of lush greenery and well taken care of. Pool attendant very helpful attentive to needs like chair towels ice etc. Great choices for breakfast included in room rate. We had shower tap issue and got upgraded to room with pool view. Staff is very friendly and always trying to please. Free beach shuttle is very nice to avoid walk of about 10 minutes. I would prefer a resort right on the beach or closer but there are very few at reasonable price.

Good hotel close to beach and main shops. Staff very friendly with high customer service skills. Rohit in restaurant was very professional and exceeded my expectation in customer service anticipating my requirements, always brightening my breakfast time with cheerful, interesting conversation while discreetly going about his work without being intrusive - a credit to his profession and the hotel. Amit the room attendant was also very helpful, attentive and always cheerful he displayed customer service beyond his role and made my stay very comfortable always cleaning the room to a very high standard and making the effort to fulfil all my requirements. This hotel should be very proud of its staff as they match and even exceed the service expected in a 5 star hotel. Thanks to all and praise to all the staff I dealt with during my stay

Awesome stay at the Fortune Acron Regina
Visited in May 2018. Super quick check in. Clean large rooms. The breakfast was wholesome and tasty, the chefs willing to meet your needs. We had 2 fun evenings with the complimentary booze and live music. The kids had fun at the play area while we enjoyed the spa. The free shuttle to the beach as a bonus. All in all, we had a swell time.

Rätt område att bo i om man planerar ett besök i Goa. Renligt och bra hotell att på. 2 st. öl i minibaren kostar ca 1€ Gratis taxi till stranden men avståndet är kort så en promenad är att rekomender Bra balkonger och väldigt hög service på hotellet

Super hotel in excellent location.
We stayed at the Acron Fortune Regina in Candolim, Goa. The location was superb, not too near the main road or beach but within easy access to all restaurants and bars and the beach was a ten minute walk away. The hotel staff were superb and could not have been more helpful or obliging. All the staff took interest in our comfort and could not do enough to resolve any issue we might have. The hotel has entertainment nightly with an open bar from 7-00 pm until 8-30 pm with all local beers and spirits free.
