Empfehlenswert es Hotes n den Dolomiten
Sehr schöne grosse saubere Zimmer mit Terrasse. Abendessen und Frühstück waren ausgezeichnet. Preis Leistung stimmt.

Belle location a l’extérieur du centre -ville, plus calme.( 5 min de marche) Très agréable et confortable . Déjeuners juste ok pour un 4 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️. Il manquait toujours des fruits, et serveurs non souriants.

Lovely stay with a beautiful view.
Lovely professionally run quality family hotel with great amenities. Very friendly, helpful and attentive service. Unfortunately we were between seasons and Canazei was mostly shut and hotel was quiet. The restaurant was of good quality and with excellent service. The hotel is set up and back from the main road and is therefore protected from road traffic noise. Things were just opening up I. Canazei as we left (15 June). Lovely area for walking and always a great view. Mountains stunning.

Dear Fiona, thank you very much for your reviw. We are happy you enyoied you stay in our hotel and also gave a try to our hotel restaurant. Sorry you found that the town had still not evrithing open, slowly we are moving the opening time of all the system, for now the lifts already starting evry year a little earlier so hope than all the shops will follow as soon more guests are coming. Very nice new renovated rooms. Perfect breakfast before a long day skiing. Excellent facilities for ski shoes, spa and bowling in basement. So nice for a family with teenagers

Da non ripetere
Personale sempre gentile e sorridente, ma purtroppo non è stato sufficiente. Camera non disponibile ci hanno messo in un appartamento sicuramente più grande di una camera ma molto vecchio con un bagno che era un pugno in un occhio e vista la cifra pagata non mi ha certo soddisfatto. Cena fatta in hotel di basso livello, praticamente nessun piatto (se non uno dei due dolci) è risultato buono.

Egregio Signor Simone, innanzitutto ci dispiace non siate rimasti soddisfatti dal Vostro soggiorno, purtroppo non abbiamo potuto darvi la camera tipo Comfort da Voi prenotata a causa di una doppia prenotazione pervenuta da altri canali praticamente in contemporanea alla Vostra. Ci preme peró sottolineare che vi abbiamo subito informato dell'inconveniente, dando innanzitutto la possibilitá di cancellare la prenotazione senza penali e poi fornendovi tutte le informazioni sull'appartamento proposto in sostituzione della camera, compreso link a foto e planimetria dello stesso. Per quanto riguarda il prezzo non riteniamo si stato esagerato visto anche che era riferito ad una camera d'hotel di 28 mq. contro un appartamento di 45 mq. Ci dispiace sentire che la sera che avete cenato da noi non vi sia piaciut la nostra cucina, normalmente al contrario apprezzata dai nostri clienti, purtroppo avete potuto provare solo una volta visto il Vostro breve soggiorno, sicuramente avremmo cercato di trovare qualcosa a voi piú gradito.
