This time I stayed in one of the basement apartments. They are a bit bigger than the regular rooms, but the lack of direct daylight is a minus. Had to go get an umbrella a couple of times when I realized that it was raining. In a regular room I would have known right from scratch.“

This time I stayed in the penthouse on the top floor of this hotel for four days. It was the best room for an amazingly low price. The newly-built, hand-made room was equipped with a large refrigerator, kitchen, dishwasher, induction cooker, sofa, and air conditioning, which I was very excited about.

"Schöne Tage im Saigon Majestic Hotel. Es ist ein wunderschönes französisches Kolonialhotel erbaut 1925 Es ist elegant und stilvoll. Die Lage am Saigon River ist ideal um die Stadt zu erkunden.
Beim Check-in mussten wir 45 Minuten warten und haben erst auf Nachfrage unser Zimmer beziehen können. Der Mitarbeit versäumte es uns die Zimmerkarte zu geben.
Trotz Buchung von Late Check-out kamen wir am letzten Tag nach 12:00 nicht mehr ins Zimmer. Die Karte mußte neu freigeschaltet werden. Ansonsten waren die Mitarbeiter sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.
Im Bad hätten wir uns eine Dusche gewünscht, man musste über einen Tritt in die Wanne krabbeln, der Duschschlauch ist auch viel zu kurz.
Aufgrund seiner Lage an einem Verkehrsknotenpunkt und die schlecht gedämmten Fenster hört man den Verkehr die ganza Nacht, da helfen nur Ohrstöpsel. Das Frühstück ist ok.
