„We loved our stay in Grass Valley. This place has everything you'd need and was very spacious for 2 people. Everything seemed new and there was so many personal touches at the property. Its very close to downtown and quiet but not really walkable due to no shoulder on the main road. We would love to stay here again. A++++“

The inside of the microwave was disgusting, the refrigerator had a stinky smell, and the floor was sticky, I wanted to clean out the microwave so I could use it, but there was only one half sheet of paper towel left on the roll and no others to be found.
