Marina di Campo, the island's main town, needs no introduction: sea, sun, services, and entertainment. The beach, over a kilometer long, with golden sand that slopes gently into the sea, is perfect for families with children and offers both public and large equipped areas. To the east lies the most natural area, with children's playgrounds and a pine forest that provides shade during the hottest hours of the day. You're close to the white beaches of the Costa del Sole, the stunning Cavoli, Fetovaia, and Seccheto.

We ask our guests to respect two simple house rules: Leave the kitchenette clean and wash dishes and utensils upon check-out, and separate waste collection and disposal.

A welcoming apartment ideal for 2–4 people, featuring a bright living room with a sofa bed and a basic kitchenette equipped with an induction hob. It overlooks the sea and the magnificent gulf, providing a view that lingers throughout the day. The double bedroom also offers a splendid sea view, while the bathroom is complete with a shower and bidet.

Important Notes:
- Groups of Young People under 21 are not permitted.

- Pets are not allowed.
- Deposit (mandatory): €150.00; refundable at the end of your stay after an inspection of the property (if paid in cash, it will not be refunded before 3:00 PM).
- Bed linen and towels are not included; a double bed set, also for single use, can be added for €40.00.
