Camogli as most of the Ligurian villages is embedded in rocks and developed vertically, unfortunately the presence of many stairs is an unavoidable element. Dear Mr. Martin,we are sorry you had not a pleasant stay with us. However we are surprised of receiving some of your comments which we feel are rather unjust.As soon as you arrived to our hotel you expressed some disappointment for not finding in our property some facilities we never advertised to have. It felt like you had mistaken our hotel to another very close to us. Our hotel was fully booked the day of your arrival and we did not have another room with a king size bed available for the entire length of your stay. It would have been against our own interest refusing to assign you another room if we had it! We tried instead to find any possible option including booking for you another hotel, but you refused to accept any (this is why it took so long to check you in).Both the stewards and the management did everything they could to find a suitable solution and for you to have a comfortable stay at the best of our possibilities. Changing rooms during your stay was the only option you in the end decided to accept. I personally spoke to you several times during your stay and gave my team all the possible instructions to make you feel more comfortable, I am sorry you felt that was not enough. Our first goal is our guests satisfaction, we try to find a solution to any objective issue can occur.With Best Regards
