The Les Châtaigniers cottage at Domaine de la Lande: a cozy cabin in a calm and green setting Nestled in a verdant setting, amidst pine trees and chestnut groves, this charming cottage is located on the ground floor of a small outbuilding on the owners' property. It's ideal for enjoying a peaceful stay in the Basque countryside. It comprises: - a living area with a fully equipped kitchenette (fridge-freezer, microwave, two-burner hob, dishwasher with two-place setting drawer), a lounge area, and a sitting area - an open-plan bedroom area with a double bed (140 cm) - a shower room/WC For your comfort, the bed is made upon arrival and towels are provided. You'll also enjoy internet access, as well as heating, air conditioning, and electricity, all included in your stay. End-of-stay cleaning is included. A washing machine is available at the owner's house (for an additional €7). You will have a terrace nestled under the chestnut trees, furnished with garden furniture and a private jacuzzi (€9/day from October to the end of April). Parking is available. The property includes several gîtes: La Lande (G142185), Les Chênes (G142193), and Les Pins (G142202), allowing you to stay with family or friends while ensuring everyone's privacy. The Gîte des Châtaigniers is ideally located for exploring the Basque Coast (40km), discovering the Basque countryside, and exploring the neighboring Landes department.
