You enjoy an intimate, preserved address, ideal for a stay with family or friends, just 2 km from the historic village. The villa is arranged over two levels and comfortably accommodates up to 8 guests.

The sleeping area offers a practical layout designed to preserve everyone’s privacy:

• Bedroom 2, ground floor, air-conditioned: double bed made up of two 80 cm beds, shower and separate toilet.
• Bedroom 3, first floor, air-conditioned: 160 cm bed, bathroom with toilet, balcony with hill views.
• Bedroom 4, first floor, air-conditioned: 160 cm bed, shower room with toilet.

Outside, the grounds create a true relaxation space. You benefit from a private 7 x 4 m swimming pool, a shaded terrace and a gas barbecue, making it easy to enjoy meals outdoors. You can park up to 4 vehicles in the private parking area. A caretaker lives discreetly on the estate, in an independent house below the villa, with no overlooking views towards the property.

The villa allows you to easily discover the region’s highlights. Just 2 km away, the historic village of Callas welcomes you with its charming shops and excellent restaurants.
