„The place is set on a horse ranch. There is a little stream that runs on the property. It has a wood hot tub but I didn't find it as inviting in person as it appeared in the photos. The floor plan of the house is great and easily works for 5 people. The little home is decorated nicely. The property manager was easy to communicate with. Location is not too far from restaurants or the Kern River. I would stay here again!“

„My family and I booked a two night stay at the Country Home. The guesthouse was beautifully decorated, clean, and comfortable. We enjoyed wonderful views of the surrounding countryside with our morning coffee. The rental is close to Seqouia National Park, so we spent a day exploring the park and seeing the Giant Seqouias. The property owner, Christen, was attentive and available for any questions or concerns. I would definitely book another stay here.“

„This property had everything we needed, from the heated pool to the great-quality pool towels to the location of the Kern River and Lake Isabella! The home had plenty of space to spread out and do their thing. There was Wi-Fi and streaming apps and a/c units in each of the bedrooms. „The Valhalla House is our favorite vacation rental so far. Location is perfect for Kern River, white water rafting, Isabella Lake, and about 3 hours from Sequoia. The house was very clean and had everything we needed; beach towels, extra bath towels, plenty of toiletries, and awesome cookware. These might be small details, but I've stayed in rentals that do not offer any of that! The master bedroom bed and was the comfiest one I've ever slept during a vacation.
