Located in Prazeres, the villa is tucked away from the area’s busy resorts but is close to the amenities of several villages as well as the town of Calheta, with its man-made beach, supermarket, and cafes and restaurants.
Newly refurbished, the property has been finished to the highest possible standard, so you can be sure of a comfortable, enjoyable, and relaxed stay. The interiors are cool and contemporary, with opulent finishing touches and the latest gadgets.
And the exterior space is just as impressive. Offering incredible views over the surrounding countryside and sea, the terrace and pool deck are perfect for soaking up the sunshine, taking a refreshing dip, or unwinding with a good book. To the front of the villa, there’s an additional terrace and al fresco eating area, that extends around the side of the building to an outdoor BBQ area.
The thoroughly modern property has an open-plan living space complete with a seating area, dining area, and kitchen, with sliding glass doors that open out onto the front terrace.
Three comfortable bedrooms provide space for six guests. Two of the rooms are equipped with king-sized beds and en-suite shower rooms, while the third has two single beds. 
This family villa has been designed with entertainment and socialising in mind. In addition to the open plan feel and effortless flow between the indoor and outdoor space, it also boasts a well-equipped games room complete with table football and a great selection of tabletop games - fun for all the family!

To aid in the development of the local area, an Eco-Tourism Tax is applied for all guests above the age of 13 years of age, of 2€ per day up to 7 nights and payable locally.
