THE PRIVATE HEATED POOL is exclusively for you. It is heated all year and this is included in the Tariff. The POOL measures 6 metres by 3 metres, with a depth from 1.2 metres to 1.5 metres. The Villa faces south, guaranteeing sun on the Pool from 10am until Sunset. Likewise, all primary rooms within the property enjoy the same South facing elevation and magnificent Ocean views.

The TOP FLOOR has an Open Plan arrangement for the Kitchen Diner and the Sun Lounge. Complimented by a 12 metre South facing Balcony running the entire length of the Villa.
The KITCHEN DINER is fully fitted with all appliances including an Espresso machine and a generous variety of kitchen utensils. The Breakfast Bar can seat 6 persons and a flexible table is also provided to facilitate Guest preference.
The SUN LOUNGE has space to relax and is provided with two Sofas, a 50" TV and DVD player. Internet speed of Mpbs 1000/200.

The FIRST and GROUND floors offer 4 bedrooms to sleep up to 8 people. Custom made beds to our personal design, fitted with quality mattresses and Hotel quality linens and Towels, guarantee a comfortable night's sleep. The Queen size beds are 160cm wide.
MASTER BEDROOM offers an en suite with spacious power shower and opening window. On the same floor Bedroom 2 is spacious and has it's own private Terrace. In between, the Family bathroom offers another spacious power shower and opening window. On the Ground floor, Bedroom 3 with Queen size bed and Bedroom 4 with custom built robust bunk beds face South but without a direct Ocean view. The Ground floor shower room and separate toilet are accessed by walking through Bedroom 4. So this floor is ideal for a second family or children.
The latest Air conditioning systems offer Heat or Cooling to suit the season, using Eco Air Heat Pump technology. The USB ports next to each bed allow convenience for everybody's gadgets.
Hot Water is provided by an Eco Tank, again using the latest Air Heat Pump technology. Most electric is provided by the Islands Wind farms located on the plateau.

The POOL TERRACE and TROPICAL GARDEN will be a delight for our Guests, and offer substantial additional facilities to enjoy. Towered over by mature Californian Palms and Giant Yukka trees. A large Granite table is provided for Al fresco dining for eight people, underneath a Pergola. Commanding a wide panorama overlooking the Ocean. A BBQ is provided in the corner of the Terrace. Multi functional chairs that can be moved around as required. Sunbeds are provided for Guests to enjoy the sub Tropical climate, with generous sunshine and year round average daytime temperatures of 20c - 35c. When a Guest wishes to retreat from the Heat, the fitted shutters allow traditional control of sun, heat and airflow.

PARKING - Secure Parking for one car behind an electronic gate. Also offering peace of mind that children cannot wander accidentally into the road. A second car can be parked on the quiet road outside.

CALHETA is the prime Tourist area of Madeira and is on the less developed, Western side of the island. It consists of a cluster of villages.
Located on the quieter side, Faja da Ovelha offers a peaceful location, but with convenient access 5 minutes away to join the recently extended Via Rapide.
From here it is convenient to start a days exploration of the island, or just to enjoy local attractions.
eg 5 minutes by car to the nearest quality Restaurants at Ponta do Pargo
OR 12/15 minutes to Calheta Marina, with its Beach, Restaurants and Water activities.
OR 5/6 minutes down to Paul do Mar with Harbour front Restaurants and beach
OR 6/7 minutes to Jardim do Mar with Restaurants and Beach.

Madeira has much to offer the visitor. From Levada walks to Whale & Dolphin watching. Volcanic caves to mountain peaks of 6200 feet overlooking the Ocean that surrounds Madeira. Historic Funchal or just a simply relaxing sun holiday.
The Villa has been fitted with the maximum Guest comfort in mind, whatever your choice of holiday. Madeira is a friendly place and foreign visitors are welcome. The Island has a subtropical climate, so the weather is pleasant all year round. Hot summers and mild winters, making this Villa the perfect option for your holiday.

2. We recommend Guests to take out the cheap travel insurance that is available, to cover all concerns, to remove any financial stress form your holiday plans.
THE PRIVATE POOL is heated all year round, between 26c and 32c. Unlike other owners, we include the Heating cost within our Tariff. A Net is provided for Guests to remove any leaf debris etc.
Please do not play music on the Pool Terrace.
3. The Tariff is all inclusive and covers WIFI, linen, towels, utilities, cleaning and Heated Pool.
Also included is a basic starter pack of Tea, Coffee, Sugar, Salt n Pepper, Cooking Oil,
Dishwasher and Laundry tablets, Hand soap, Toilet rolls and Charcoal.
4. The Kitchen Diner can comfortably seat 6 persons but the Villa can sleep 8 people. So we do not charge for Guests 7 & 8.
