The space

Welcome to your cozy and modern home away from home! This spacious 2-bedroom walk-out basement suite is thoughtfully designed for comfort and functionality. Both bedrooms are furnished with plush double beds, fresh linens, and ample storage, making it ideal for families, professionals, or small groups.

The open-concept living area features a comfortable L-shaped sofa and a 55" Smart TV, perfect for winding down with a movie or catching up on your favorite shows. A full kitchen is equipped with top-of-the-line appliances, including an electric stove, microwave, dishwasher, and a large two-door fridge. You'll also find an air fryer, coffee maker, cooking utensils, pots, pans, and basic pantry items — everything you need to prepare meals during your stay.

The dining area accommodates up to six guests, making it a great space to enjoy family meals or get some work done. The sleek bathroom includes a walk-in shower with black and gold accent tiles, premium towels, and complimentary toiletries.

With high-speed WiFi, a smart thermostat, and thoughtful family-friendly touches like a pack-n-play crib, this suite blends style and convenience to make your stay easy and enjoyable.
Guest access
Guests will have full and private access to the entire basement suite via a separate side entrance, ensuring maximum privacy and convenience during their stay. This includes both bedrooms, the kitchen, dining area, living room, and bathroom.


Please note:
- Backyard access is restricted for guest use.
- Washer and dryer are located in the unit.
- For stays longer than 15 nights, you receive complimentary airport pickup and drop-off.

Self check-in is available through a secure smart lock system. You'll receive your unique access code prior to arrival.


Other things to note

Brand new development: Carrington is a peaceful, up-and-coming neighborhood. It's quiet and ideal for guests looking for a relaxing place to rest after a day of travel or work. However, since the area is still developing. A car is recommended.


OnDemand public transit: Guests can request rides through Calgary Transit’s OnDemand service. The pickup is right from the doorstep and takes you to North Pointe Terminal, connecting you to the rest of the city.


Airport service: Guests staying for 15 nights or longer are eligible for complimentary airport pickup and drop-off. Just let us know your travel plans in advance so we can coordinate.

Quiet hours: To respect our home and neighborhood, quiet hours are from 11 PM to 6 AM. No parties, events, or unauthorized guests are permitted. This helps ensure a peaceful experience for everyone.



Safety: The suite is equipped with a smoke detector, carbon monoxide detector, and a fire extinguisher. Your safety and comfort are our top priorities.



Extras provided: All linens, towels, soap, shampoo, toilet paper, kitchen essentials, and a starter pack of coffee/tea are included.
