Welcome to this 31st floor one bedroom condo with fabulous view of the downtown skyline. Located in the Calgary's tallest residential tower The Guardian South. 24-hour security & concierge service. Close to all amenities like C-train, walking distance to the river, Cowboys Casino, Stampede grounds, central public library, Studio Bell, minutes away from local bars, cafes and restaurants. This condo is an ideal place to stay and enjoy.

The Guardian South Tower is nestled in the heart of downtown Calgary. Conveniently located in the Beltline community of downtown Calgary, close to all the amenities, C-train and public transportations, walking distance to the river, Cowboys Casino, Stampede grounds, central public library, Studio Bell, minutes away from local bars, cafes and restaurants. This condo is an ideal place to stay and enjoy.

You have access to the condo unit with garbage room on the ground floor and heated underground parking. You need a fob everywhere you go in the building.

Welcome to this 31st floor one bedroom condo with fabulous view of the downtown skyline. This condo has an open functional floorplan with a nice balcony with patio set next to the living room. The wall-to-ceiling windows let in an abundance of natural light and highlight the unobstructed views. The contemporary kitchen is equipped with built-in appliances, long continuous quartz countertop and many cabinets along the wall for storage. A good-sized bedroom accommodated with a king size bed. The 4-piece bathroom has a good sized bathtub/shower for you to enjoy. It also has 24-hour security & concierge service.

I would never stay downtown again. Did not feel safe at all in this area. Also there are no grocery stores close by so goods luck buying food. Sirens are blaring all night long below. There were people smoking dope outside the building several times and some homeless people. Very rough area

We had an amazing stay at this Calgary condo! The space was spotless, beautifully maintained, and had everything we needed for a comfortable visit. The location was perfect—close to downtown, great restaurants, and easy access to the mountains for day trips. The views were stunning, and the condo itself felt both modern and cozy, making it a great place to relax after exploring the city. Communication with the hosts was smooth and responsive, which made the whole experience stress-free. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Calgary!

If you are looking for a short term rental in a great location near the stampede, casino, parks, market, etc, this is a great place! It is clean, nicely furnished, and perfect for 2 people! We enjoyed our stay here very much. Please be warned that the elevators are a problem in this building - its nothing the hosts can help - but MANY times there will only be 1 elevator working and this unit is on the 31st floor. It is inconvenient, but as long as you are not in any hurry, then it's fine. We loved our stay here (the location and the outside balcony are wonderful!)

Best friend trip to date!

Hosts were so incredibly friendly and communicative!! The condo was absolutely beautiful, the views were insane, the location was super convenient, the kitchen was stocked with all utensils we needed to cook a great dinner, the furnishings were all super high quality, and the bed was so comfy! Not to mention this condo has the biggest, most luxurious bathtub I have ever seen. If I'm ever back in Calgary, I'm definitely booking this place again!
