The property was very clean friendly staff. However my room 326 was right as you get off the elevators. Very noisy room. Could hear everything and everyone getting off and on the elevators. Be nice if they could find a way to make the room door more sealed to block sound

One downside is my spouse and i drove all the way from Jasper to the hotel while waiting for our flight the next day. Went to the restaurant at 950pm only to be denied although there is a huge aign that says it closes at 1030pm

The property itself was excellent - I didn’t care for the sliding and non-locking door on washroom but otherwise the property and room were very good. The pool, hot tub and fitness centre were good, the onsite restaurant for weekend brunches catered to a taste I am not fond of but a minor complaint. The biggest thing dropping it to a four was that it is in an area being developed that has open spaces and older business as you go north. A golf course is close for those that golf - I don’t - thus, it seems a ways from attractions and other dining but it is close to Barlow and Metis Trails so connecting to a road to get to attractions, shopping and dining can be accessed fairly easily. However, The inconvenience is accentuated if pressed for time. However, the friendly and helpful nature of all staff I talked to more than makes up for the inconvenience- except when pressed for time. Distances cannot be shortened so allowing travel time is key.

Room was nice and bright. Only complaint is that my flight got in late, there were no cabs and I had to wait almost an hour for the shuttle because it only runs on the hour. The hotel has their own shuttle and easily could have picked me up without making me wait.
