- Dining area can comfortable seat 4-6 people.

The Kitchen
- Fully equipped with normal size appliances, microwave, coffee station, blender, toaster, spices, utensils, bakeware etc.

Backyard
- Deck with seating off kitchen/dining area
- Private fenced private yard
- Garage not for use

Sleeping Quarters
- 2 bedrooms downstairs
- Rm 1: Double bed with desk, drawers, closet, hangers
- Rm 2: Queen with drawer, ironing board, iron, closet, hangers

Utility Room
- Washer/Dryer with supplies; can be closed off

All spaces are available for use, minus the garage. Bins for garbage, compost and recycling can be found in the back alley, which are accessible by the backyard gates.

Guests can leave messages through the hosting platform for communication purposes.

Unregistered guests are not allowed to stay in the property and will be asked to leave immediately.

Absolutely no outdoor shoes allowed indoor; please bring along indoor shoes or slipper if needed (non will be provided).

Upon checking out, make sure all full garbage and/or compost bags are deposited in the appropriate bins in the back alley (green= compost, black=garbage, blue=recycle); all dirty dishes and utensil are loaded in the dishwasher; don't leave any personal items behind (they will not be returned, unless they are of importance).
