As you walk in the front door the MAIN FLOOR
living room has a abundance of windows and sunlight. lots of comfortable seating and a gas fireplace to take the chill off.
Above that is the large smart TV and we provide Netflix and high speed internet.
KITCHEN
Has granite countertops. A island with 4 island stools.
Stainless steel appliances and many kitchen gadgets. We have plate/cutlery for 10 guests.
Just off the kitchen is the dining room that seats 8 at the beautiful acacia table.
There is a 2 piece bathroom and off of that is the closet that has broom/vacuum
Cleaner and cleaning products if you need it.
The door to the back deck is there and by summertime we will have a gas BBQ, patio lights and comfortable seating for you to have your meals.

UPSTAIRS
Take the stairs to the bedrooms. You will find the spacious beautiful Primary bedroom with 2 windows, a handy walk in closet for you to put your clothes away and a attached ensuite. There is a glass shower. Relax in the soaker tub. So much room to put your things away in the vanity.
Down the hall is another room with 2 single beds, bedside table and closet.
Next to that is another bedroom with a comfortable queen Costco bed and bedside table and large
Closet.
There is a 4 piece bathroom upstairs as well. In the cupboard you will find a bucket of toys for the kids tub time.
DOWNSTAIRS
As you make your way downstairs you find find a family room
That is fairly large. We have lots of
Kids toys, a drawing easel and lots of books.
This is such a fabulous room for kids to play to their hearts content.
We have a 50” TV and a comfortable futon that folds out to a double bed.
Beside this room is a 3 piece washroom with a oversized shower.
Down the hall is a kitchenette that has a stacking washer and dryer, double sink, microwave, toaster oven, induction cook top stove, fridge and plate setting for 4 people.
Down from there is another
Bedroom with a queen bed, bed side tables a sitting area and a large closet.

When you look
At all the space and amenities it is amazing!
It’s so perfect for a few families and is close to shopping, grocery stores, restaurants, the South Health Hospital, the highway that leads to the mountains.
Sikome lake and the list goes on.
