„Super clean rental! Some mentioned a few stains on the carpet, but it is almost white so, I thought it was pretty good considering. The layout is great and it’s in a great location close to tons of shopping and food. Only downsides were the upstairs temperature was warm. Only one thermostat and it was downstairs. It was hard to get it cool up there. Also, the lighting in the bathrooms were pretty bad. It’s difficult to get your makeup done right. “

„We had a group of 15 celebrating our friend’s 60th birthday. Our group travels together at least twice a year and the Perch has been the BEST place we have ever stayed!!! It’s not only beautiful but clean and very well stocked. We will definitely stay here again. “
