Torre di Calasetta Cozy Apartment

Cozy attic apartment of 75 sqm, able to accommodate up to 6 people, located on the second floor of a building without elevator.

We are in Calasetta, a small town located on the northern tip of the island of Sant'Antioco, in the archipelago of Sulcis. From the accommodation you can easily walk to the Torre di Calasetta, the Spiaggia di Sotto Torre and the Marina.

The interior space is organized as follows:



- LIVING ROOM with KITCHENETTE (with gas hob, fridge, toaster and kitchen utensils), sofa, TV, dining table and split A/C;

- BEDROOM I with double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and split A/C;

- BEDROOM with double bed, two single beds, chest of drawers and split A/C;

- BATHROOM with shower, washing machine, washbasin, bidet and WC.



FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: heating and air conditioning via split A/ C (one in the living room and one in each bedroom), drying rack, hairdryer, iron and ironing board.



PLEASE NOTE: the building does not have a lift - the apartment is on the second floor.

Guests have access to a veranda on the first floor covered and furnished shared with guests of the apartment below.

Heating is provided via split A/C.

It should be noted that the apartment is attic - pay attention to the sloping ceiling.

The fireplace in the living room is NOT usable.

NO WIFI.



The apartment is for the exclusive use of our guests and won't be shared with the host or other tenants.



To ensure the security of your personal data, 7 days before your arrival you will receive instructions to register your documents via our Guest Portal and pay the tourist tax to the municipality of Calasetta equal to 1.00€, for the first 5 nights per person. Children under 12 years and adults over 70 are exempt.

We need such procedure to verify your ids and docs and in order to send infos to the police service Alloggiati Web wich is Italian procedure to host guest in italy.

Switching on and off air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 383 - 6/10/2022).

Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings

Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard.

Cagliari Climatic Zone C: 14 hours a day from October 15th to April 15th.



Please note: completing the registration and paying the Tourist Tax is MANDATORY in order to receive the instructions and access the apartment.

This flat has a self check-in door system, the instructions to access the apartment will be sent automatically only after completing the registration, 7 days before the arrival date.



The apartment is located in Calasetta, a small town located on the northern tip of the island of Sant'Antioco, in the archipelago of Sulcis. The area offers an active life throughout the season, with concerts, shows in the square and shops always open.

500 meters from the property is the beach of Sottotorre, a quaint and amazing beach with white sand and crystal clear sea. In the area there are also Spiaggia la Salina, Spiaggia sulle Rocce Rosse and Spiaggia Grande; for the latter we recommend the use of the car.

In about 10 minutes on foot it is possible to reach the ferry port for Carloforte and visit the wonderful San Pietro Island.

- Marina: 7 minutes on foot;

- la Salina beach: 6 minutes by car;

- Spiaggia Grande: 7 minutes by car;

- Red Rock Beach: 8 minutes by car.



- Pastry shop Maria Teresa: 3 minutes on foot;

- WHIM Cafè Sardinia: 2 minutes on foot;

- U' Palacca (fish restaurant: 2 minutes on foot;

- Vivo Mio Supermarket: 6 minutes on foot.



To turn the area better, we recommend using the machine.

The parking space is not included; however it is possible to park for free in the street (NOT guaranteed).



- From Cagliari Elmas Airport, it is possible to reach the apartment by car in 1 hour and 22 minutes.

Alternatively, it is possible to take the train to the stop Villamassargia-Domusnovas, from which it is possible to take the bus to the stop Stazione Carbonia Serbariu. From here it is possible to reach the stop Carbonia Centro Intermodale (1 minute walk) and take the bus Line 801 to the stop Calasetta Porto, 8 minutes walk from the property.



- From Cagliari Station, you can reach the apartment by car in 1 hour and 27 minutes.

Alternatively, it is possible to take the train to the stop Villamassargia-Domusnovas, from which it is possible to take the bus to the stop Stazione Carbonia Serbariu. From here it is possible to reach the stop Carbonia Centro Intermodale (1 minute walk) and take the bus Line 801 to the stop Calasetta Porto, 8 minutes walk from the property.
