The standard of the property was below average. I was expecting something better for the price I paid but it wasn’t good value for money. It was fairly clean but needs a good, thorough deep cleanse!! It has air condition which is a plus but the location is isolated and a good walking distance from amenities such as ATM, Bank, beach, restaurant etc... In the heat, walking long distances feels like torture. Then courtesy bus operates within a small radius only ans is almost useless!! The numerous stray dogs in the area made it difficult to stay out late at night. I had a young child with me and didn’t want the hassle of chasing stray dogs and keeping my daughter safe at the same time. Towards the end of our stay, (was there for 3 weeks), I asked to be moved to a different appartement because the stray dogs barked non-stop at night making sleeping impossible😡. I wouldn’t reccomend Veera Strand Park unless you have a hire car and wouldn’t stay there again. It’s dull and lifeless.

Goa Revisited
A pleasant surprise, good accommodation,spacious , and welcoming staff.I was a bit anxious about apartments as ratings in India have little in common with other parts of the world. Breakfast ok , but as apartments had fridge,micro,and a toaster was able to make own. Washing machine very welcome being in such a hot climate.Shuttle bus good for beach etc within a km radius from hotel and driver very accommodating.Be prepared for frequent power cuts, which are usually for short period ,but frequent occur acne, although hotel has own generator which cuts in as necessary.Plenty on restaurants to choose from nearby about 600meteres from hotel.Regular daily servicing of apartment was good,and a nice balcony for chilling out in each apartment.In summation, a pleasant surprise and I would visit again , apartments are spacious and clean Ng

Very good amenities
IT was really nice experience at Veerabhadra Strand Park, it is near to beach and maintained very well. But it doesn't have restaurant and we have to order from outside hotels, which takes more time to serve.

Very pleasant stay at Veera Strand Park Goa
We had booked Veera Strand Park apartment hotel for our family vacation in Goa during March 30, 2017 to April 04, 2017 (5 nights). The apartment is located just about 1 km off Calangute-Candolim main road which is main shopping and dining area. The apartment is located in peaceful locality with no traffic noise. The nearest beach is Calangute beach which is just about 3 kms from the apartment. The apartment is well maintained, clean with adequate AC cooling. The kitchen is provided with required cooking top and utensils. The hotel apartment support staff is very responsive and co-operative. Overall it was a very pleasant stay at this hotel apartment.

Great place to stay!
Veera Strand Park is located very close to Calangute beach. Spacious and well appointed. Only concern was cleanliness - service staff had to be reminded to clean the bathroom and unclog the drain. Kitchenette can also do with better upkeep and cleaning. Once prompted, staff was quick addressing the concerns.
