The space
Refurbished in 2026, Joshua's Beach House is a ground-plus-one family-owned holiday villa in Calangute, with space to gather over meals and separate bedrooms to return to at the end of the day.

The full villa includes:
• Six bedrooms: two with king-size beds and four with queen-size beds
• Six bathrooms
• Two living rooms
• Two kitchens for self-catering
• Two Goan-style balcaos for sitting outdoors

The villa is dotted with potted and hanging plants both on the ground and first floor. There is a green lawn patch in the backside of the villa and palm trees and plants, limestone artifacts, brass bells, all around to give just the right ambience for a relaxing holiday.

Bedrooms have air conditioning, ceiling fans and wardrobes. Hot water, bed linen, towels and daily housekeeping are provided. Wi-Fi is available in bedrooms and common areas, and private on-site parking is free.

Spend the day at Calangute Beach, explore the local shops and restaurants, or prepare a meal together at the house. The beach, shops and restaurants are within walking distance.

Guest access
Your full-villa reservation includes all six guest bedrooms, six bathrooms, both living rooms, both kitchens and the two balcaos.

Two fully equipped kitchen at the front and back. Two small refrigerators with freezers are available. Kitchen is well stocked with a mixer, a microwave, cutlery, a gas connection, and a two-burner gas stove. There is a living room on the ground floor at the front, as well as at the back, both with TVs.

• Check-in is at 2:00 PM; checkout is at 11:00 AM.
• Early check-in or late checkout is free on request, subject to availability and approval.
• Pets are permitted with an additional cleaning fee.
• Smoking is permitted on private balconies.
