* 🐕 Pet-friendly for dogs only, with small to medium, non-barking breeds permitted. Pets must be disclosed at the time of booking and a pet fee applies.

* 🔇 Located in a quiet residential area. Please keep noise and music to a minimum after 9:00 PM. Parties and events are not permitted.

* 🚭 Smoking is not permitted inside the property.

* 🌳 Fully fenced outdoor areas are available for children and pets.

* 👶 A cot and highchair are available on request.

* 🧴 A starter kit is provided, including soap, shampoo, toilet paper, tea and coffee.

* 🧳 We are unable to offer luggage storage before check-in or after check-out. We recommend planning accordingly or using local luggage storage services if needed.



🧺 Housekeeping & Mid-Stay Cleans



Daily cleaning is not included, allowing you to enjoy full privacy during your stay.



Mid-stay cleans are available on request for an additional fee and are ideal for longer stays.



For stays of more than 14 nights, a mid-stay clean and linen change are mandatory to help maintain the property. An additional fee of $250 per service applies.



Extra towels can be arranged on request for a small additional fee.
