Ich musste mehrmals mehr als 10 Minuten auf einen Fahrstuhl warten. Einmal musste ich die Rezeption anrufen. Es kam jemand und hat mich abgeholt. Die Sauberkeit im Badezimmer entsprach nicht meinen Anforderungen. Der Boden wurde anscheinend sehr oberflächlich bis gar nicht gesäubert. Das Zimmer war ansonsten gut ausgestattet und sehr geräumig.

Check in hat fast 45min war sehr anstrengend da das Personal mit 4 Kunden ueberfordert und nicht entgegenkommend war. Kueche hatte so Lause auf der Arbeitsflaesche anscheinen ueberall in Cairns. Aber super Aussicht nach vorn das Meer nach hinten die Stadt und sehr viel m2 und gute Austattung.

Entsprach nicht unseren Erwartungen
Das Zimmer war um 1400 noch nicht bereit, wofür sich das Hotel jedoch auch entschuldigte. Das Zimmer empfanden wir nicht wirklich als sauber. Auffällig waren die vielen Haare im Bad und am Boden allgemein. Extrem störend war, dass nur einer der drei Lifte in Betrieb war. Via Treppe konnte man nicht hoch ins Zimmer, da die Türen verschlossen waren. Abwärts wäre gegangen. Am Frontdesk sagte man uns, dass dies aus Sicherheitsgründen sei.

Our check in was 2pm. At 6pm they told us that we couldn’t check in until 8pm… they spent Two hours trying to find us another hotel. I’m really disappointed. It was my nieces 21st party and we missed the food and the start of the party. I got offered breakfast but wasn’t told it closed early

Lovely hotel i was upgraded and stayed on the top floor with beautiful views of the beach The staff were super friendly and helpful My plane was delayed for four hours and so staff allowed me to check out later Definitely would recommend Rydges Hotel Cairns!

Close to everything with a short walk along the esplanade. The only issue was the room was a bit run down, the room definitely needed upgrading. Also when I turned the fan in the room it would trip all the power in the room.
