„The doors for the bathroom and shower are shared and rather awkward. They dont fully close on one side either (Shower).“

„We booked a room for a party of 5 - and also had to pay extra charge for the 5th person. But the room only provided sleeping for 4 - sofa had no bedware on. Since we checked in late, nobody at the reception - no way to fix this. On the next day - checking out - they were not willing to compensate and reduce the rate by the 5th person charge. Overall highly overpriced for what you get; also considering high price levels in TC“

„We had such an amazing experience at Windsong Resort! From the moment we arrived, we felt incredibly welcomed and well taken care of. The hotel is located in the perfect area of Grace Bay, close to everything while still offering a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. The beach is absolutely breathtaking, with soft white sand and crystal-clear turquoise water. It’s truly paradise and the perfect place to relax and enjoy the beauty of Turks and Caicos. „The property was under renovation so the spa wasn’t available and there was construction ongoing. The staff at the front desk, restaurant and pool/beach were friendly and helpful. Hemingway restaurant is a great spot for all meals. The bikes were a bit disappointing; older and not in great shape but we took them to town as they were rideable. Overall we had a great time.“

„Great place“

„View was absolutely amazing“

„The rooms were a bit outdated, but I would still stay here again. The staff made me feel like I was visiting family! The rooms were clean, the staff were kind and very accommodating. The best part is the location of the hotel to the beach. Felt like I could roll out the bed and be on the beach. We even tried to re-book another visit before we checked out but all the rooms were sold out. No need to look any further, just book the room!“

„It was a great stay, smaller boutique style hotel. Staff is very friendly, food was good, room was spacious. Great experience overall.“

„Great stay at the Retreat. It embraces the name! The concierge was very friendly and gave us excellent recommendations for water excursions and local restaurants. Our room was very spacious and everything in it felt brand new. I especially liked that the bathroom has separate wet and dry areas, and the memory foam mattress was very comfortable. The room was spotless. Housekeeping came twice a day, including an evening turndown to get the room ready for sleeping. I used the pool, hot tub, and ...

„I would definitely choose this place again if I have to come back.“

„Sehr schöne Lage an eine schönen langen Beach. Sehr nette Mitarbeiterin beim Check in.

„The golf cart driver Daniel was very nice and helpful“
