Our room was beautiful. The car charging was very welcome. However, as vegetarians we were very let down in the restaurant. The advertised veggie options featured a couple of starters and no main courses. We were offered a plate of grilled veg. Not what us expected in a hotel of this quality.

A great experience.
The hotel has a delightful ambience. Set in open country with livestock and storks for company it provides a lovely retreat from the close, but not heard, north/south motorway. We chose it for its convenience as a stop over journeying south through Spain. Dinner was a treat and the breakfast offered a wide choice to suit all tastes and including such things as branded cereals with cooked options too which isn't always the case in Spain. The bacon and eggs were really tasty. Would definitly visit again.

Wonderful facilities; the pool and spa was excellent but would be good to allow kids to be able to swim for more than a few hours per day. The room was large and airy. The dinner at the restaurant was superb; only area of improvement is the staff seemed overwhelmed with the number of diners and took a while to get service.

Oasis in the Desert
This is a truly beautiful hotel where you can come to recharge your batteries. The rooms are lovely and spacious and the staff are very friendly and attentive. We had booked a Junior Suite which was on two floors and my only criticism is that when you stand up from the sofa you can easily bang your head on the stairs, which both myself and my husband did! The hotel provided beds and bowls for our two fur babies and they even gave them a treat each which was a lovely touch. We visited out of season so it was very quiet. The food is also delicious and although there wasn’t a huge choice, what we had was lovely. We will definitely be back

El trato del personal en todo momento fue muy atento y cordial. Las habitaciones son acogedoras y lo mejor de todo con diferencia la cama y su restaurante donde se come espectacular. Lo que más valoro de esta cadena es el acceso al Spa y con los tiempos que corren tienen estupendas medidas Covid limitando el acceso y la capacidad para que la estancia sea más segura. Los aspectos a mejorar son la limpieza de la tetera y accesorios del aseo como puede ser el secador. Y otro aspecto que no me agrado fue que solo pudimos solicitar el desayuno para que nos lo sirvieran en la habitación el primer día ya que no repusieron ningún día más el display donde se puede solicitar. Considero que un hotel de 5🌟 se diferencia sobre todo por los servicios que prestan y lo más importante sus detalles. Y en este caso lo más negativo era la limpieza y reposición de los artículos en la habitación. No obstante el personal y la estancia fue muy placentera y si tenemos oportunidad sin duda volveremos

Good quality room
Arrival checkin was tough as the reception didn’t speak English very well. When we were shown to our room he didn’t explain a/c controls very well so the room was v hot on arrival. I then sought out some cups in the room as there were non in sight simply plastic cups, the restaurant staff offered me two crystal glasses for our tea! Then they offered us green tea or Jasmin. I gave up at this point. Eventually the night shift girl came to the room after explaining one hour later that we simply wanted a cup of english breakfast tea and for the a/c to be cooler. She was great and brought us some black tea, and milk, but it was hot so we gave in and accepted what was given. The room however was spacious and sunken bath great but difficult to get out of without skilful manoeuvring, having had a hip replaced I didn’t want another! The bed was extremely comfortable and the room was very quiet so full marks to the establishment there. We were only there for the night but overall it was value for money, oh yes and free parking too.
