Recomendable“

„This property is a really old house very well located in a quiet part of Arenas. Very handy for the bus to the Ruta de Cares and a few mins walk from the centre of Arenas with shops and restaurants etc. It was nice to stay in a house with history and the neighbours were very friendly. It’s also very close to a football pitch which our boys took advantage of. The only reason I’ve given it 3 stars is that I think it is very overpriced. It’s fairly basic accommodation, which I don’t mind, but we ...

„This is NOT a 4 star boutique hotel. It lacks the maintenance and minimum standards to be a 4 star hotel. The hotel is humid and smells like mold. Our room had a nice amount of spiders and flies in it. We were given a plastic Flyswatter to kill them. There’s no ACs in the rooms, which means even if the air cools down to 26C your room will be very humid. The bathroom and toiletries were very nice, the bed was comfortable. The hotel claims to have working space in the rooms, which is not the case. ...

„Unfortunately, based on our experience during our stay, I cannot recommend this hotel. Within the first 15 minutes of using our room, we noticed several hairs, including long black hairs, in different places. We immediately reported this to the reception. Unfortunately, the response from the male receptionist was extremely disappointing. Instead of acknowledging the issue or offering any kind of solution, he told us that the hairs must have been from us and that this was not the hotel's ...
