„Booked and confirmed. Showed up and told no power , no water. I know it’s not the property owners fault , but absolutely no reason they couldn’t have contacted me before the 8 hour drive there , I arrived before check in and went to the office rang the doorbell and called serval times with no answer, then emailed them and a few minutes later someone came out and said my reservation was canceled. I asked why they didn’t call or email hours ago … he said everyone knew about it ? Apparently yes ...

„The check-in is unconventional and inconvenient for tourists without a local mobile phone contract: you have to call a number to be allocated the room you have rented. Although we asked for check-in details via the contact form the day before, there was no response. The room itself is very basic and not acceptable for the price (240 CAD). The bed was fine. Unfortunately there was a lot of dirt under the sofa bed.“

„Dieses Unterkunft war definitiv die schlimmste in unserer längeren Reise durch Ostkanada. Die Bilder entsprechen leider nicht der Wahrheit, bzw die Hütte in der wir übernachten mussten ist nicht abgebildet und befindet sich weiter hinten mitten im Gestrüpp (was mit Garden view bezeichnet ist). Die Farbe der modringen und nicht gereinigten Holzterrasse ist größtenteils abgeblättert. Die Schränke der Küche muffeln nach alt, das Besteck ist ein Sammelsurium der letzten Dekade und der Spiegelschrank ...

„Property location was perfect - beautiful beach and water view from room was lovely. Late check-in was problematic as instructions given were unclear. The door that was left open for us to access the room had a sign reading ‘please use other door’. The contact number to call was unresponsive. Had to try all doors on the property before returning to the initial door. Very confusing and frustrating.“
