Das Beste am Hotel ist die Lage, direkt am natürlich schönen Strand. Toller Pool mit Poolbar; Gute Restaurants, viel Auswahl beim Frühstück. Gute Freizeitangebote. Freundliches Personal. Eigenes KFZ von Vorteil, da außerhalb größerer Ortschaften gelegen

Sehr empfehlenswert, aber hohe Wellen
Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis war in unserem Falle sehr gut. Tolles Zimmer mit Balkon, Pool- und teilweisem Meerblick. Schmackhaftes Essen, größtenteils a la carte, sehr freundliches Personal, super Cocktails. Leider waren die Wellen im Meer oft zu hoch zum Schwimmen. Das AI-System ist etwas schwierig zu durchschauen, da man oft unterschreiben muß und dann verunsichert ist, ob Zusatzkosten anfallen, was bei uns aber nicht der Fall war. Empfehlung: Baden am Playa Conchal, ca. 7km entfernt!!! Wer Tauchen möchte: Geht zu Pacific Coast Divers! (lieber nicht zum Deutschen...)

wer all-inklusive liebt, ist hier bestens aufgehoben. es gibt verschiedenste all-inklusive angebote. strand wird auf wunsch mit sonnenliegen bestückt und nur von einem strandweg vom hotel abgegrenzt. für paare mit kindern ist das hotel allerdings nicht geeignet.

Costa Rica Tour
Der erste Eindruck war sehr gut. Koffer wurde in die Zimmer getragen. Das Zimmer war im Parterre und hatte einen starken beissenden Chlor Geruch, so dass die Augen tränden. Im Kühler befanden sich kein Getränke und die Obstschale war leer. Dies stellten wir nur fest, da unsere Freunde einen vollen Kühler und eine gefüllte Obstschale vorhanden. Ich habe beide Zimmer zuammengebucht.Im Bett waren in der Zwischendecke noch Haare vom Vorgänger. Das WLan funktioniert am ersten Tag mit etwas Glück, am zweitwn gar nicht mehr. Super war, dss der Starnd direkt vor dem Hotel ist. Beim Dessert gab es ei Eisbecher mit Büchsenfrüchten. Das Frühstück war sehr gut und reichhaltig. Bei nach der Abreise hatte niemand das Interesse die Koffer zum Auto zu tragen, schade.

We went in low season so there were only a few guests. The staff was wonderful. The breakfast had a number of choices, but was only average. The pool was great; however, it did close at 6 p.m. Overall, I enjoyed the stay.

Be prepared for the staff to wake you up early beating on roofs as well as the really loud and annoying birds. The only thing good to eat was the burgers but take it back to your room unless you want to dine with raccoons. They clean your room everyday but the housekeeping tries to come at like 8am

The staff were all so helpful and lovely to deal with, occasionally the poolside food was a bit slow but the staff was apologetic and did their best to get it to us as quickly as possible, check in was easy, and they got us to a clinic very quickly after hours when one of us had an accidental interaction with a sea urchin. Drinks were delicious and fast, not watered down in the least (quite the opposit lol), they were good to our kids, a really lovely few days of down time at the end of our trip. Also - husband forgot his wedding band and they went out of their way to get it back to us as quickly as they could - thank you!

We came from another resort about 2 hours south and the first thing we noticed the place was alive. You heard people laughing and having fun. Flamingo beach is great, swimming and taking sunset walks. The staff tried the quests like long time friends. Overall we would rate it 5 stars.

The relaxed atmosphere of Margaritaville set the stage for a relaxing vacation. The staff was very committed to making it the best vacation. The food was surprisingly very good whether you did the a la carte or the buffet. The drinks were good and they had bottled water to drink. The beds and pillows were comfortable. The room was spacious with high ceilings, open concept and LVT flooring. The cleaning staff helped keep it clean. The proximity to the beach was nice. The sandy road that separated the resort from the beach provided the perfect place to run every morning. Make Margaritaville your next destination for food, fun, and sun!

The pool area was nice and the proximity to the beach is excellent. The breakfast included with our plan was very good. All interactions with the staff were wonderful. Unfortunately, they do not clean shared areas as often as they should. The pool deck tables were sticky and not cleaned as well as areas of the concrete that were dirty and not cleaned at all during the 8 days we were there. Hallway stairs had dirt and spots where things had dripped for days. Windows in our rooms were filthy and no longer have locks on them. Electricity went on and off and when I woke up one night there was no running water at any of the faucets or the toilet. With proper maintenance it could still be a nice resort but it seems they are just letting it go. We've stayed at this resort in the past and it was noticeably more rundown this time.

The only problem I had and it was a big one, when we checked into the hotel, I asked if they were full, they said they 10 rooms left, I asked please give me the best one you have left. They have a known problem with a compressor/ air conditioning unit that makes a loud sound all night. and they put us right next door to compressor. We were awakened all night. not very happy. we went down in the morning and they moved us to another room, they are very aware of this issue with the noise. I would like half of my money back for one night

The room was dated. They do not seem to be keeping up with maintenance or refreshing the rooms. Water damage was apparent in the bathroom. The tub was not level resulting in water runoff from the front and back onto the bathroom floor. The gym was nice but it too was old with non working or excessive wear and tear on the aerobic equipment.

Margaritaville all-inclusive was very laid back and the staff could not have been more accommodating. My boyfriend and I went for my 60th birthday and he proposed on that day. He had arranged (with Rosaria) for a photographer (Paola and Kevin) and a sunset dinner on the beach (Eduardo and the cooking staff). They catered to our vegan diets and the food was fabulous. We will now make this place our destination wedding venue!!!

We traveled here for 4 nights with kids age 5-14. We did the all inclusive option. The beach location was nice. It was a public beach so no resort chairs or umbrellas were available. We felt safe here with children. Most of the food was just ok except the Italian restaurant was excellent. Food options were limited and quite slow. Drinks were great. Staff and service were excellent. The property was fairly small and there weren’t a lot of food or shopping options within walking distance. The rooms needed some upkeep, toilet was broken, air conditioning didn’t keep room very cool. Beds and pillows were not comfortable. Room was always very clean though. Overall, I’d give it an average rating.

The property is need of several upgrades especially the lift for the special needs guest. Everyday there was an issue with the lift. I had to use the lift because I was there with my disabled son. The property also showed and gave special privileges to certain guests as to bringing food out of the restaurant in a to-go boxes, with I’m sure no questions asked. I took pictures of the special guest that were given special privilege to take to go boxes from the restaurant. They had on every color of the arm wrist which were orange, bluish-green and white. When I asked the first time for a to go box, I was told” I will do it this time” Sometimes i brought my son down to the restaurant and sometimes to make my stay easier on me I would feed him the room. After being told this time, is the reason I took pictures and saw several other guest that were given special privileges to take to-go plates and hundred percent sure that they wasn’t told “this time” I spoke with the guest manager regarding my issues as to the lift for the special needs guest and being given a hard time as to taking to go plates out the restaurant. She stated that is the resort policy not to take to-go plates out of the restaurant. Not knowing that I had already taken pictures of the guest that were given special privileges. She state that would let the staff know that it was okay for me to take the to-go plate, again I had already seen other special privilege guest taken them. I take vacations to try and relax
