The home, affectionately known as “La K-Sita,” is just as colorful and cheerful as the area that surrounds it! When you’re ready to relax after a fun day, the sitting room offers stylish decor, comfy seating, and a Smart TV that can connect to your streaming accounts.



We've got you covered with all the kitchen essentials you need, plus a washer and dryer for those inevitable spills and thrills. Need a morning pick-me-up? We've got a trusty coffee maker waiting for you. Feeling fancy? Whip up some tropical concoctions with our handy blender. Enjoy your meals al fresco on the patio with a table that seats 4, or grab a quick bite at the breakfast bar with 3 comfy chairs. We've thought of everything so you can focus on soaking up the sun and making memories!

Getting Around:

The property is situated approximately 188 km | 117 mi from Luis Muñoz Marin International Airport (SJU). If you opt for Aguadilla, Airport BQN is just an hour away.

Guests have 3 parking spots on-site in the event you are renting a car, which is highly recommended for exploring beyond the cities or reaching more remote destinations. It provides flexibility and allows you to access the island's stunning beaches, mountainous terrain, and hidden gems at your own pace. Additionally, Puerto Rico's size makes driving between different regions relatively manageable, with nearby roads connecting major attractions.



Other Things to Note:

Puerto Rico is a beautiful tropical island, and with that comes the occasional power outage, which can happen unexpectedly and is unfortunately beyond our control. While these are typically brief, we appreciate your understanding and patience should this occur during your stay.



The road leading to the property is part of the island's rustic charm, it may have some bumps or potholes along the way. We recommend driving slowly and cautiously to ensure a smooth arrival.



Being in the heart of the tropics means you may encounter mosquitoes and other local bugs. We recommend bringing insect repellent for your comfort, especially during the evenings or when enjoying outdoor spaces.

- A late check-in fee of $25.00 USD in cash will be applicable upon arrival for any arrival after 11pm

- Travelers must be at least 21 years old to book.

- Guests will be asked to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation.

- Kindly note that any extra visitors must receive prior approval. This is subject to approval and may incur additional fees.

- Cleaning service is available at an extra cost. Let us know in advance to book it.

- There are outdoor security cameras for safety and security.

- No smoking of any kind inside the home! Drug use and illegal activity on the premises are also strictly prohibited. Failure to comply results in a $300 fine.

- No parties, events, or excessive noise after 10 pm. Please respect the neighbors.

- Guests are responsible for damages that occur or extra cleaning costs as a result of their stay.

- Depending on the booking site to make the reservation, a security deposit might be required that is refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met.

- Guests might be required to present an official ID at check-in or during the stay.

- Pets are not allowed.



Interaction with Guests:

This is a self-check-in property using a code to access the keys in the lockbox. Full instructions will be provided before your arrival. You’ll have complete privacy during your stay, but we are available 7 days a week! Should you need anything - just send us a message!
