The kitchen comes equipped with everything you need to prepare meals: coffee maker for morning fuel, blender for tropical smoothies, and all the cooking basics. Sit down together at the dining table that seats four, or grab a quick bite at the breakfast bar with two additional seats.



Outdoor Amenities

El Combate Beach is just a short walk away, where calm waters and unspoiled stretches of sand await. The area feels refreshingly uncrowded — a few local spots serve fresh seafood and cold drinks with ocean views. Want more options? Boquerón's lively boardwalk is a 20-minute drive, and downtown Cabo Rojo is equally close.



Good To Know

The in-unit washer and dryer mean you can pack light and refresh your wardrobe anytime. Free parking on the premises makes coming and going easy. WiFi keeps you connected throughout your stay. Pets are welcome for a fee — just let the host know you're bringing your four-legged friend. Cleaning service is available for an additional cost if you'd like it arranged during your stay. Note that air conditioning is only available in the bedrooms; the kitchen, living room, and dining area rely on ceiling fans. The oven is currently out of service, but the stove, microwave, and other kitchen appliances are fully functional.

Additionally, if you want to explore the downtown area of Cabo Rojo, the main town square is just a 20-minute drive from the beach.



Getting Around:

The property is situated approximately 188 km | 117 mi from Luis Muñoz Marin International Airport (SJU). If you opt for Aguadilla, Airport BQN is just an hour away.

Guests have 2 free parking spots on site in the event you are renting a car, which is highly recommended for exploring beyond the cities or reaching more remote destinations. It provides flexibility and allows you to access the island's stunning beaches, mountainous terrain, and hidden gems at your own pace. Additionally, Puerto Rico's size makes driving between different regions relatively manageable, with nearby roads connecting major attractions.



Other Things to Note:

Puerto Rico is a beautiful tropical island, and with that comes the occasional power outage, which can happen unexpectedly and is unfortunately beyond our control. While these are typically brief, we appreciate your understanding and patience should this occur during your stay.



The road leading to the property is part of the island's rustic charm, it may have some bumps or potholes along the way. We recommend driving slowly and cautiously to ensure a smooth arrival.



Being in the heart of the tropics means you may encounter mosquitoes and other local bugs. We recommend bringing insect repellent for your comfort, especially during the evenings or when enjoying outdoor spaces.

- Depending on the booking site to make the reservation, a security deposit might be required that is refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met.
