Our beautiful Duplex Penthouse in Cabo Frio is very well located in the central region, allowing you to enjoy the entire city on foot, from the beach to the canal.

All complete, equipped and recently renovated, it offers a sleeping hammock, large coverage, Wi-Fi internet and Smart TV and 2 parking spaces.

Perfectly accommodates up to 9 people with great comfort and tranquility.

We can offer services such as hiring housekeepers, cooks, among others to make your stay as pleasant as possible.

The Space:
Fully equipped kitchen, located on the 4th and 5th floors (duplex penthouse).

There is an elevator and stairs in the building, we have 2 double beds, 3 single beds and extra mattresses.

The location is perfect, close to banks, bakeries, restaurants and shops.

Guest Access:
You will have full access to the house and 2 parking spaces.

The Neighborhood:
Cabo Frio downtown neighborhood is great because it is safe, with plenty of shopping nearby, close to the city's main points of interest, the Beach and the Canal.

Don't forget to try Play Gui's açaí cone on the beach, it's delicious and unmissable!

Getting Around:
Uber is already working in the region and the 99taxis app also offers traditional taxis, in addition to the famous taxi ranks on Rua dos Bancos, for example, among others.

To go to Arraial do Cabo or Búzios, you can use these means of transport, as well as buses, which are more economical and relatively comfortable.

Other Things to Note:
We offer bed linen and towels optionally (R$ 32 per person for the period, or until a new exchange is requested).

* Silence from 10pm till 8am. No external sound systems, amplifiers, etc. are allowed.
* No visits are allowed in the apartment or building.
* A list of full names + passports or id # is required up to 10 days before check-in
* At check-in, everything is in very good shape. You must inform of any irregularity or details in the first 24 hours
* Only listed guests can sleep over
* Intended use is residential only
* Drugs and prostitution are strictly forbidden
* Internal regulations must be fully respected
* Bookings of length period from 15 nights or greater pay electricity bill as an extra
* We are not responsible for third-party outages such as water, electricity, cable, internet
* No recordings and/or videos (public or private) with commercial purposes of the property/building can be shared/distributed, online or otherwise.
* Organizing any type of event, such as parties or gatherings with friends outside the hosted group, is prohibited without prior written approval from the owner.
* Infants are not instantly allowed. Please consult with us.
* Included cleaning covers reasonable usage, excess will be charged
* Returning the keys with delay at check-out without our prior approval can incur in a charge of 2 night's rent
* Rules breaches will be penalized by the full amount of security deposit, per event, plus any loss or fines and can result in eviction with no right to refunds.

We live in the city and we meet you at the apartment for check-ins and check-outs.

You can count on us during your stay via email and telephone to manage any questions or concerns.

We are able to recommend staff for cleaning and cooking, among others if desired.
