„Overall excellent experience. They accommodated us for early check-in so we could get to a wedding on time. The only bummer was lack of a/c on the first night (which has to have been one of the hottest nights of the year!). Was not an issue for long, because they were onsite within a couple hours of me notifying them. They were prompt, apologetic, totally professional,and remedied the issue in short order.
