This house provides comfort, well-being and memorable days for those who stay there. It offers everything we need to run a house and beyond. The location is in the center of Geribá beach, about 600 meters from Chez Pitu, as a reference. It is also very close to Ferradurinha and Ferradura beaches. Those who stay there have easy access to the beautiful beaches that are highly sought after in Balneário.

There are 2 suites on the upper floor and 2 suites on the ground floor, all air-conditioned.

The living room is spacious, the kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to serve you and your group, with top-of-the-line appliances, a gourmet area with a private barbecue, private pool, sunbathing area, fiber optic Wi-Fi and TV with Smart.

We can accommodate up to 12 people in these 4 suites and the distribution of beds is as detailed below:

Suite 1: Double box + 1 individual futon, air conditioning and bathroom. (3 people)

Suite 2 (superior): 1 double box spring bed + 1 single futon, air conditioning and bathroom, (3 people)

Suite 3: 1 double box spring bed + 1 single futon, air conditioning. (3 people)

Suites 4: 1 double bed + 1 single futon, air conditioning (3 people)

In the kitchen, we have:

Dishes, cutlery, pans, 5-burner stove on the island with stainless steel hood, electric oven, refrigerator, coffee maker, sandwich maker, baking tray, microwave oven and holder for a bottle of mineral water.

In the gourmet/private leisure area, we have:

Barbecue with accessories, countertop, beer cooler, outdoor sunbathing area and private pool.

Important notes:

- The house has a maid to assist with cleaning and cooking. The opening hours are from 8:00 am to 2:00 pm daily (prices are separate, please consult)

- Electricity consumption will be measured at the entrance and exit and charged according to the Eneel table of 1.33 qw/hr

The guest has access to the entire house, a large house, within a private condominium.
The entry takes place upon identification of guests and delivery of keys through our employee and in exceptional cases of schedules, the keys will be at the gate of the condominium

We are communicative and agile in returns. We are always available in the chat, and after booking closing we also provide our personal contacts for the accompaniment of our guests.

Geribá is a destination sought after by tourists from all over the world. The beach is extensive, favorable for sports, the kiosks and restaurants are very diverse and it is possible to contemplate a fantastic sunset. The neighborhood also has plenty of commerce very close to the house such as bakery, pharmacy, market and numerous bars and restaurants.

Commuting to the beach can be on foot or by car. For tourists who will come without their own car, the city has drivers of apps like Uber and 99 taxi.
