This traditional three-story Victorian terrace offers a spacious and characterful retreat in the heart of Buxton.



LOUNGE:

The lounge provides comfortable seating for seven, featuring a classic Victorian fire surround and a smart TV for relaxation. Plus some Victorian-esque pieces to enhance the vibes.



KITCHEN:

The kitchen is fully equipped with an American fridge freezer perfect for large groups food needs, oven, microwave, and espresso machine. There's a small kitchen table for extra workspace or a quick bite before heading out to explore.



DINING ROOM:

The dining room features two tables to comfortably accommodate everyone staying and board games in the cupboard for rainy days.



BEDROOM 1:

Light and bright with a large bay window, a luxurious master with a four-poster bed. A sofa and armchair and Sky TV - ideal if you want a bit of peace and quiet away from the rest of the group. (as if!)



BEDROOM 2:

Recently renovated ground floor room with a luxurious king-size bed, an en-suite and a private entrance. This one is ideal for people who struggle with stairs and like their own space. It also has it's own kettle and toaster for the real recluse!



BEDROOM 3:

A charming room with a Victorian brass double bed, smart TV and original floorboards. It has it's own sink. Put messy bathroom people in here!



BEDROOM 4:

A versatile room with flexible bed arrangements. It can have either a sumptuous super king or 2 just-as-comfy singles along with the option of the sofa bed. A fully glazed bay dormer provides great light and a view over rooftops and up and down the street. This one is for the curtain twitchers!



BEDROOM 5:

A bright, quiet double room. blackout blind, Smart TV and a very comfy double bed. This one suits the light sleepers.



BATHROOM:

Guests have access to a large bathroom with a roll-top bath and shower, plus additional separate toilet facilities.



OUTSIDE:

Enjoy a secluded rear patio with garden seating and parking access, or the front garden, which offers a perfect vantage point for local events including Buxton's world renowned carnival.

*PETS:

Pets are allowed to stay for a standard fee of £25 per pet. A maximum of 2 pets can stay at once. Please note animals are not allowed upstairs or on the furniture.



*ADDITIONAL CLEANING POLICY:

To ensure we maintain the property's high standards and maximise guest experience, we require weekly cleaning and linen changeovers for long-term bookings (10+ nights stay) at an additional cost. Please enquire if you would like additional discounts when booking long-term accommodation with Rufloreo Stays.



RULES:



*This property is not suitable for parties & events unless agreed upon before booking!



*This is a breach of house rules & will result in immediate removal from the property via security and no refund, your deposit may be used towards extra costs in removing you.



*We have a strict NO-SMOKING indoors policy at our properties. A standard charge of £1000 will be charged to your card when we find evidence of smoking within the accommodation to cover cleaning costs and long-lasting damage on the property.



*Any loud music, parties, and smoking indoors will also result in immediate removal from the accommodation as we will be highlighted via our noise and air monitoring systems located in the property.



*For stays longer than 10 days, additional housekeeping is arranged for a further fee.



We require completion of our online portal which includes an agreement to our T&Cs and provision of a UK government-issued photo ID or passport.



A Deposit or Waiver is required when booking with ourselves or most online travel agents.
