„Our room was clean and there were no issues. Grandsons had a ball at the waterpark, which was well staffed and well maintained. Breakfast was good. There are plenty of options and staff kept it well stocked. We were satisfied with it. Staff was great and the property was well maintained. If you want a resort experience, you can pay triple the amount and go to Kalahari or Great Wolf, and pay for breakfast. If you want a nice stay and a nice waterpark without breaking the bank, this is your place.“

„Excessive mold in the room we checked into. Not a few spots but a huge solid swatch about 2-3 square feet in the corner of one of the showers. The rooms themselves were not the cleanest and outdated, but I could have dealt with that if not for the mold. I had rented 2 rooms, and requested 2 rooms adjacent if possible. The fact that the staff felt it was appropriate to rent out this room instead of saying they were unable to accommodate the request made me question if the staff had any standards ...
