Upstairs features three well-appointed bedrooms, all with queen beds. The master bedroom enjoys stunning marina views along with a private ensuite complete with a luxurious spa bath. Downstairs, a separate sitting room provides additional sleeping space with two double sofa beds, ideal for extended family or groups.

This property offers fully self-contained accommodation including a modern kitchen, dining and living area.

The home is fully equipped with all linen and towels provided, tea and coffee facilities, a full kitchen with utensils, and laundry facilities including a washer and dryer. Smart TVs are also available for your entertainment.

All bed linen and bath towels are supplied for the number of guests booked and are professionally laundered.
Self check-in is available via a secure onsite lock box.

Busselton is close to natural wetlands, so from October to January you may notice mosquitoes and midges, especially at dawn and dusk. We recommend bringing repellent for a more comfortable stay.

This property offers fully self-contained accommodation, providing everything you need for a comfortable stay. To get you started, we supply essential items such as toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, tea, coffee, milk, and some cleaning products for the first couple of days. A selection of basic kitchen supplies is also included—please contact us for a full list. Additional supplies can be arranged through our office and may incur a small fee.
