Nature's Retreat Eagle Bay

Summary:

This house is perfect for one or two families with children who enjoy an active lifestyle or a group of friends who are looking for a relaxing getaway. We also welcome dogs, as we know they are an important part of the family.



The house is situated just 200m from beautiful Eagle Bay beach, set amongst peppermint trees and has a full-size tennis court which can be enjoyed by all. There is also a basketball hoop on the court and tennis and sports equipment available.



The Space:

The house has a relaxed and charming feel, which immediately makes you feel at home. The balcony on the first floor is set among tall, mature trees and overlooks the tennis court.



You can also glimpse the ocean from here and hear the waves of Eagle Bay beach. The first floor of the house has a king-size bedroom with a new bed, a games room with two sets of bunk beds and a TV room with a sofa, bean bags and a smart TV with WIFI available.



There is also a laundry with an extra fridge and a bathroom with a shower on the first floor. The second floor has a further king-size bedroom and a twin bedroom, both with new beds and a second bathroom.



The kitchen upstairs is fully equipped with an open plan living room and entry onto the balcony. A Weber Q BBQ is available for your use outside.



Eagle Bay is considered one of the most beautiful and picturesque beaches in Geographe Bay and is accessible via a beach path, 5 minutes from the house.

Early check-in and late check-out may be available upon request (fees apply).



Noise & Quiet Hours

Please keep noise to a minimum after 10:00pm in line with local regulations.

We kindly ask all guests to respect the property and surrounding neighbours during their stay.



Firewood

A small supply of firewood is provided for the indoor fireplace during the winter months (June–August). Additional firewood can be purchased from local fuel stations and hardware stores.



Leavers

We are currently not hosting Leavers bookings.



Pet Policy

This property is pet-friendly, with a $95 pet fee per stay and a maximum of two pets permitted per stay. All pets must be approved prior to arrival. Pets are not permitted on furniture or inside bedrooms and must not be left unattended at any time—this means they must accompany you throughout your stay. Please note that noise restrictions still apply if pets are left unattended. Guests must ensure all pet waste is cleaned up; any waste or excessive animal hair left at the property will incur an additional cleaning fee.





Rental Agreement

As part of our standard process, all guests are required to complete a rental agreement prior to arrival. Thank you for your cooperation and understanding.
