The villa comfortably sleeps up to 6 guests, with three large bedrooms, each featuring a king bed. The master bedroom is located on the ground floor, while two additional bedrooms are upstairs. The property features two full bathrooms, with both bathrooms offering a shower and toilet for guests' convenience.

Additional note:
- $200 refundable security deposit is required prior to your stay. This will be refunded within 7 days after checkout, provided no damage, excessive cleaning, or policy violations are found during the property inspection. 
- ID of the primary guest is required prior to check-in.
- Busselton’s close to natural wetlands, so from October to January you may notice some mosquitoes and midges, especially at dawn and dusk. It’s a normal part of the area. We recommend bringing repellent for a more comfortable stay.
- Please be advised that the Cape View outdoor pool will be closed to guests from Monday, 28 April 2026, until late September 2026.
- Pets are strictly prohibited at the property due to strata bylaws. No exceptions are permitted.

This property offers fully self-contained accommodation, providing everything you need for a comfortable stay. To get you started, we supply essential items such as toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, tea, coffee, milk, and some cleaning products for the first couple of days. We also provide a selection of basic kitchen supplies—please contact us for a full list. If you require additional supplies during your stay, our office can assist with restocking, which may incur a small fee.
