Clearwater Coastal is an immaculately presented two-storey villa in a very popular and sought after part of Dunsborough. It makes the perfect base from which families or couples can get out and explore the region or bunker down to relax and unwind in style.
Just a short stroll out the back gate to the beach, Clearwater Coastal is just a 10-minute walk to the centre of town and Dunsborough's cafes and boutiques.


The layout of the home is as follows: the main living and kitchen area is located on the ground floor, as well as the master bedroom and ensuite, the twin singles bedroom, a shared bathroom, and a laundry.
Upstairs, a spacious loft bedroom features a queen bed and a single bed, with a spacious relaxation zone.
All bedrooms feature air-conditioning for year-round comfort. 

KITCHEN 

The beautifully renovated kitchen has an impressive array of crockery, glassware, pots and pans, and serving ware.
Of course, there is a dishwasher, Nespresso pod coffee machine, sandwich press, food mixer and microwave oven.

PRICING: A two-night minimum stay requirement applies for most of the year. Please note that a compulsory additional cleaning and linen pack fee applies to each booking. 
This is a licensed holiday home with the City of Busselton and the following applies by local law: no more than two cars are allowed at this property. No more than six people allowed on the premises after 10pm. Guests must adhere to the Guest Code of Conduct (displayed inside the home).
