The Space:

Three distinct living areas offer the perfect balance of connection and privacy, with plush sofas and TVs for family movie nights, a wood-burning fireplace for cosy evenings and arcade games for a touch of playful nostalgia.



The sleek, fully equipped kitchen features a gas cooktop, oven, dishwasher and espresso machine, with a generous island for casual breakfasts. Gather around the timber dining table for memorable meals with views over the pool and garden.



Enjoy sun-filled afternoons in the private solar-heated swimming pool, with an outdoor shower for a refreshing rinse after a dip. The covered alfresco patio offers comfortable seating overlooking the landscaped garden, perfect for afternoon drinks and BBQ dinners.



The primary bedroom features a queen bed, TV and ensuite with a double vanity and shower. Three additional bedrooms offer inviting retreats, thoughtfully appointed with two queen beds and a bunk bed (two single beds) to ensure a comfortable stay for every guest. The main bathroom, with a bathtub and separate shower, adds comfort and convenience for families.



A dedicated home office and Wi-Fi make working remotely effortless, while central air conditioning and heating ensure year-round comfort. A private laundry with a washing machine and dryer makes extended stays a breeze, with on-site parking available in the residential double garage and driveway.



Guest Access:

Parking: There are free parking spots available in the driveway and garage for up to 4 cars.
