The Big 4 Breeze holiday park in Busselton was in a great position and the cabin was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. The staff were friendly and helpful and it was a short walk to the beautiful beach. Had a lovely few days there

I liked the location and the bungalow was spacious and clean. Didn’t like how cramped the site is, Found there wasn’t much to do for the children compared to other sites around the area, Swimming pool needs to be heated in the winter. Apart from the small issues it’s a nice park

Great stay for families. Right near beach and activities for kids were fun. Chalet was clean and well appointed. Front desk very helpful. Only down side was no blockout curtains and tv mounted high on wall which made watching tv uncomfortable. Would return.

Ok so 4 of us (3 adults and 1 child) stayed here in a chalet (Bungalow) for 7 days and 6 nights last week, room was clean and well maintained. My only complaint is that on day 3 we ran out of tea bags (there was initially only about 4 tea bags when we arrived), so I went to the reception asked for a refill, Jessica the receptionist gave me another 4 tea bags, and on day 5 we ran out again (3 of us are tea drinkers that’s why it ran out quickly) then I went to the reception and Jessica was on duty again, this time she aggressively refused to give me anymore because she has already given me a refill once and told me if I wanted more I needed to pay 50c per tea bag, I was so angry at the way and tone she spoke to me and I had no idea it was their rule to not refill more tea bags to customers like anywhere else, anyways after she spoke to me aggressively I just left the reception and asked a cleaner instead if I could speak to the manager on duty directly, later on a guy came over and I asked him if this “refill once only” was their rule and he said he has never heard about this before and said to me he will have a word with Jessica and sort it out, and in the end he delivered more tea bags to my room.

Hi there, Thank you for your feedback, We do offer our guests complimentary starter packs of tea, coffee, sugar, salt and pepper. Normally we don't refill these a a general rule. We will definitely speak to the receptionists about this. We're glad to hear you enjoyed the park otherwise.

一直对Big4印象挺好的，去澳洲也以Big4为首选。这家服务不错，有晚班服务人员，只需在前台办公室按服务铃即可，免了打电话问钥匙箱密码环节。但是，我在搜索酒店时，为了方便搜索和看床的大小，每间房只填了两个大人，忘记填小孩的人数，退房时每间房被加收了100澳元，2间房收了200澳元，住两晚比原来的价格多了人民币1000块钱，非常的贵。因为英文不太好，前台服务说扣钱我也没有反驳。扣钱这个事情这让我对Big4的印象没有之前那么好了，以后选择时会慎重考虑。没有温水泳池，冬天入住没有乐趣。

Hi, Thank you for taking the time to review us. Unfortunately with 3rd party sites you do have to ensure that have entered the correct amount of adults and children to get the right price. Due to it being winter our solar heater pool can't keep up with the outside temperature. Thank you for your feedback

Close enough to town to be convenient but far enough away to be away from the traffic. We really enjoyed our stay in their Jacuzzi Bungalow and we will definitely stay there again. The rooms, bathrooms, kitchen and lounge area were very clean and with a fully equipped kitchen we were able to cook our own meals without any trouble at all. The staff are really friendly and helpful. There is a swimming pool and playground to keep the kids and adults alike entertained. This is one of our favourite down south places to stay.
