The Space:

Azure is a private, three-level beachside retreat that invites groups to escape and unwind resort-style. On the ground floor, the open-plan living space features plush sofas, a gas fireplace, and a large TV—perfect for unwinding after a day at the beach. The sleek, fully equipped kitchen comes complete with a breakfast bar, premium appliances, and everything you need to whip up a gourmet meal. The indoor dining area seamlessly flows out to the alfresco entertaining space, where a BBQ, wood-fired pizza oven (available in cooler months), and an outdoor dining table set the stage for unforgettable meals under the stars. The private backyard offers a peaceful retreat with sun loungers, perfect for soaking in the fresh ocean breeze.



On the second floor, you’ll find three beautifully appointed bedrooms. The primary bedroom is a sanctuary of its own, featuring a king-size bed, private lounge with TV, an ensuite with spa bath, and its own private balcony for morning coffee with a view. A queen bedroom and a twin bedroom (which can be converted into a king) share a stylish en-suite, with soft linens and built-in wardrobes ensuring a restful night’s sleep.



The third-floor king bedroom also boasts a spacious lounge area with TV and a separate bathroom and toilet. Step outside onto the expansive ocean-view balcony, where a dining table and comfortable outdoor seating create the perfect spot for a quiet read or sunset drinks.



Stay comfortable year-round with reverse-cycle air conditioning on each level, individually controlled for your convenience. A fully equipped laundry with a washer, dryer, ironing board, and extra storage makes long stays a breeze.



Guests have full access to the Wyndham Resort’s facilities. Dive into the sparkling swimming pool, unwind in the outdoor spa, or break a sweat in the gym. Pack your racquets and enjoy a friendly match of tennis or table tennis, let the kids have fun at the playground, or take out a sea kayak or bicycle to explore the stunning coastline. Two-car garage parking is included, with additional parking available at the front of the resort.

A starter pack of wood is provided during the winter months only (June – August). This includes kindling, firelighters, matches, and wood. Axes are not supplied due to safety reasons. Additional wood may be purchased from a nearby fuel station or hardware store.



Guest Access:

During your stay, you and your group will have the entire house to yourselves, as well as access to the resort shared facilities, including the pool and gym. Please make yourselves at home!



The Neighborhood:

A short drive away, the charming town of Dunsborough offers a fantastic selection of boutique shops, cafés, and restaurants. Start your day with a fresh pastry and coffee at Merchant & Maker, or enjoy a relaxed brunch at the popular Blue Manna Bistro. For a casual beachside meal, The Dunsborough Tavern and Clancy’s Fish Pub serve up great food with a laid-back atmosphere. If you're visiting on a Saturday, don’t miss the Dunsborough Farmers Market, where you can pick up fresh local produce, artisan goods, and gourmet treats.



For wine lovers, the Margaret River region is world-renowned for its award-winning wineries. Within a short drive, you’ll find Aravina Estate, Vasse Felix, and Clairault Streicker, all offering unforgettable wine tastings and vineyard lunches. If craft beer is more your style, stop by Eagle Bay Brewing Co. or Beerfarm for a refreshing local brew.



Outdoor enthusiasts will love exploring Meelup Regional Park, where scenic coastal trails lead to breathtaking lookouts and hidden beaches. Castle Rock Bay and Meelup Beach are must-visit spots for swimming and snorkelling in turquoise waters. For a touch of history, head to the iconic Cape Naturaliste Lighthouse, where you can take a guided tour and enjoy panoramic views of the rugged coastline. Nearby, the fascinating Ngilgi Cave offers an unforgettable underground adventure, filled with ancient limestone formations and Aboriginal Dreamtime stories.



Getting Around:

Parking: The garage accommodates two cars. Additional vehicles must be parked in the overflow parking located at the front of the resort.



Airport: 25 minutes by car.



Public transport: Bus stops are available just outside the resort.



Other Things to Note:

School Leavers: We do not accept any school leavers bookings at any time of the year.



Exclusive Escapes wishes you an enjoyable vacation but we also ask for you to show consideration to the neighbours with respect to noise, especially after the hours of 10 pm. This house is situated in a quiet residential area. Please be aware that outdoor music is not permitted at any time of day, and that loud or noisy gatherings will not be tolerated with respect to the neighbouring properties.



Council regulations allow holiday homes to be rented for accommodation purposes only and not as a function venue e.g. for a party or wedding. Functions and gatherings are not permitted and, if evidenced will be closed down immediately.
