Checked out earlier and will never stay here again
I have booked for four nights, but I checked out after two nights. There is a smell around the hotel coming from the sewers that makes it hard to stay long in front of the hotel. The lifts do not have the capacity to handle all the guests and is programmed to prioritize higher floors. All foreigners I have spoken to where located on the lower floors with very limited views. My window was not closing to hundred percent and with the always honking taxi drivers and other night owls in front, it was not possible to get a good night sleep. In addition, noises from other rooms and the floor are very good to hear, the doors are not closing quietly. The rooms are tiny and the breaksfast is very limited and a economic disaster. My rooms was not very clean, a lot of hairs in the bathroom and even on the mirror. There are better hotels close to the same price range. I have stayed in Toyoko Inns in Japan several times, but the ones in Korea lacks their service and cleanliness.

방이 깨끗하고 직원분들이 아주 친절합니다. 그렇지만 주변이 소란스러운데 차음이 잘 안되어서 시끄러웠습니다. 바깥 뿐 아니라 벽간, 층간 소음도 심했습니다.

とにかく便利です。船も地下鉄もKTXも目の前です。スーツケースを持っての移動も周りの歩道が綺麗でとても楽にできました。釜山中央、西面も泊まりましたが、この３つの東横インの中では、立地の良さでは一番です。朝食のテーブルの数も1番多かった気がします。

KTXとKORAILの1番出口を出て左側すぐにある。地下鉄の出口からも近い。タクシー乗り場が目の前にある。 チェックイン時間が16:00と遅く、チェックアウト時間が10:00と早いところがやや不便。ビュッフェ形式の朝食が無料。部屋の中もホテル全体もきれい。

スタッフの方が日本語が話せるのでとても助かりました。歯ブラシは部屋にないので要注意です。自販機で売ってますが。何より駅が近いのがありがたかったです。また釜山に行ったらぜひ泊まろうと思いました。

It’s just beside Busan Station which is a big plus. Checking in was a breeze, greeted by a pleasant calm lady. Beautiful & pleasant designed interiors. Room reminded me of a hotel in Japan, especially the bathroom / toilet that has the same bathtub! Simply gorgeous. Luxurious experience at a good price.

I stayed here 3 nights due to its close location to the KTX station. Best decision ever! There is a taxi area right across as well. Room was spacious and much better than I expected for the price. They provided water bottles for each day. The breakfast area was too crowded and therefore I did not partake of this benefit at all, but there is a convenience store and a Starbucks next door. It was a great experience and have zero complaints. The staff were really nice and helpful!
