總共入住三晚 第一晚就發生冷氣壞掉的情形 反應櫃檯後表示無法更換房間 可提供立扇使用 幸好天氣還不太熱 否則三晚沒冷氣真的太慘 辦理入住時櫃檯人員較無笑容 感覺沒服務熱忱 第二天下午準備好後出房間才按壓房務整理鈴 結果第三天一樣的時間明明未按鈴但房務人員卻頻繁狂按房鈴詢問何時會出門要打掃 已經打開門告知準備妥出門就會按鈴了 還是一直一直按門鈴然後要一個確切的時間 整個出門興致都被搞差了🙄

Close to metro station. Beach is across the street. Lots of dining, shopping options. One thing we did not like was cleaning staff rearranging our personal belongings. Other than that a good place to stay.

A major issue with this hotel is the batting cages located right next to the hotel. The noise coming from the batting cages was really loud, and since it's opened all day/night, it was noisy even at 3 am!

The property was dark and dismal inside -it didn’t seem welcoming at all with the black paint. It needs fresh bright coat of paint that is soothing to the eye. The rooms are old and outdated. My room had a great view but the beds are not comfortable and cabinetry was old and worn out.

The check in process was a first for me. You had to get into a queue with a Korean number, which I didn’t have. Someone did help but it was confusing at first. I noticed a lot of ppl walk up to front desk to check in, for a while then to learn they needed to “get a number”, which delayed them even more. The wait was about 15-20 min but they were very friendly. They didn’t k ow about the complimentary drinks I was suppose to get each day and just ended up handing me 2 coffee coupons. The rooms were a bit dated and the wallpaper was bubbling in spots but I chalked that up to being right by the beach. Amenities in the room, were good. Hotel was very close to main strip and night food market area. Beach is right across the street. Pricing was comparable to room. I would stay there again.

We enjoyed our stay here. It was clean and safe. The room was very nice. We paid the upgrade for an ocean view and it was definitely worth it. There is a cafe and a convenience store attached to the hotel which has the essentials like small breakfast and snack items if you decide not to get the buffet. Would highly recommend

I only stayed here for 2 days and the location was very nice and convenient. The check in process was not very good. There aren't any clear instructions and you are supposed to go up to a machine on the side of the lobby to check in if you have a Korean phone. If you don't have a Korean phone then they manually assign a number to you. The problem is that they call out the numbers in Korean and it is very easy to get skipped which happened to another foreign guest. I had to get up several times to make sure I wasn't skipped. It took almost 45 minutes of waiting in the lobby to check in. There were about 30 people waiting non the lobby to check in. I am sure with current modern technology they can make the process easier.
