Gut: Sauberkeit
I stayed at this aparthotel for twelve days. Overall, it’s a great value. The area surrounding it is very convenient for buying groceries and beach walking. On the weekdays, I had a very relaxing stay as if in my own home. However, there were some dealbreakers for me.
Pros:
New construction, new appliances, great kitchen, clean washer AND dryer
Double layer windows and doors (equal to quadruple pane glass) top insulation and soundproofing*
Beautiful ocean view
Radiant floor heating
Bathroom with tub
Assisted garbage sorting (otherwise it’s so complicated)
Thorough housekeeping every three days
Helpful and friendly staff!
Cons:
Check-in process (the confirmation says you’ll receive an email but that didn’t happen, and it took an hour to find the office, which was under NewCZ, not Odays, and at building 104, btw.)
Disruptive PA announcements in the apartment 3x/day about containing food smells, being considerate, etc…
*Noise on weekends. On weekdays, the stay here was pure bliss. But on the first weekend, some **** people moved in above me and felt the need to rerrange their modular couch every few minutes for hours. I complained about it and they upgraded me to the penthouse floor.
On the 2nd weekend, some imbeciles moved in on the floor below and were screaming at 3am. Then a day later at 8am. So loud, that quadruple pane glass and airpods 3 couldn’t block the noise. It’s not the hotel’s fault, but I won’t be back if that’s the kind of guests they have.
