„Only one towel for the room, stairs with no elevator option. No air conditioning available. Provided fan didn’t actually work. Bathroom sink was broken. Toilet flush mechanism worked every 3rd flush. People next door were smoking and the smoke was coming into our window. And to top it off, I got food poisoning from the attached restaurant.
