The decor was upscale and thoughtfully decorated from the wall art to the linens, etc. When we go with our adult kids we have a tradition that we each take one night to cook dinner- the kitchen was well-appointed and easy to carry on this tradition! They have a very nice grill which my son-in-law also enjoyed using for the meal they prepared. As others have said, you do need to plan ahead as far as eating out and/or going ...

„Property was excellent. Checkin was easy and self serve which was great since our arrival ended up being nearly midnight. Instructions provided for the property were easy to understand, fully sufficient without being over extensive. Had everything needed for up to 10 people to show up and get a good night's sleep. Location is beautiful, our first morning was jaw dropping and made me wish I lived there permanently. I highly recommend this property if you're staying anywhere near Jamestown.“

The bedrooms are very large and spacious. Grateful this house is located on a hill as the river in the backyard was swollen and overflowed her banks during our stay.
